Qualifications
* m- H4 K$ t1 e# i- q- University degree in a related field;
3 ]7 \* J6 Z5 A5 f* Q+ ?- Knowledge of leadership and management principles as relate to nonprofit / voluntary organization;1 X/ N9 ] n, c1 T& \$ n1 {2 d1 B
- Knowledge of human resources management, financial management, project management, fund development and organizational management; * v, w: Q# [0 l. c
- 2 or more years of progressive management experience in a voluntary sector organization
