• Work as a member of a project team to develop new software solutions;
• Work as a member of a project team in support of existing ICD software solutions;
2 Q* g, S% z5 ~• Provide Production trouble-shooting analysis & resolution;
7 h/ M% O( k+ c- |, ]4 O• Implement reusable software components;
& n  ~( d! U/ ?: g' h7 b0 o• Implement automated Unit tests;
0 ~4 B- L: E/ ?• Work within an iterative environment;
7 |2 h$ B% R9 |6 }8 r2 [; s• Utilize Rational’s source code versioning tool to manage software code streams;

$ U4 \. p0 v; N3 ZKey aspects for these roles are:
& u6 {) n  G  m/ E- c; d* l$ C7 ^( n- J• Use the EUB .Net Framework to develop and maintain subsystems and applications;
- q, G3 Q$ ]1 N7 q: L7 Z• Work in partnership with business analysts and Systems Architect to ensure that there is a transition from design to development;
  X3 d* m; X' {! s• Identify architectural issues and recommendations to improve our application systems environment. This includes current design patterns, component development and identification of common services;
• Work closely with the Business Analyst and the Test Analyst to ensure requirements are understood and unit testing approach is sound;
