I have already stated that, in the same area, $520k can buy you a base model with about 470 sq meter lot. A larger lot, such as this one, would cost $20k more, and choosing the extension would cost another $20k~$40k.

I just don't understand why is this one "超值" when it's priced above the builder's existing spec home. However, I do acknowledge that the pricing of this one is not as mad as some of the other Comfree listings.- c M7 \& m; z$ |* C2 C
- |- B) X1 J% M3 c5 GI would say it's "超值" when it's 10% below the builder's price.
