1 s  d, {3 _0 zJOB SUMMARY:  The Food Service Worker II responsible to the Senior Operations Manager-Food Services and Operating Assistant and will assist in all areas for maximum service to patrons.


' t( h& u+ Q* ?# V! K- T
DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:

$ r( D3 v& u2 n9 A0 f& T1)  Assist with all aspects of food preparation, display food in an attractive & appetizing manner, and clean in the kitchen area.

2)  Provide excellent customer service to student, staff and public clients, in a professional and friendly manner at all times.

3)  Follow proper food handling and storage techniques as per Capital Health standards.

2 W: q* J. _# \) b2 y& M4)  Capable and willing to work in all areas and able to work rotating shifts within the  Students´ Union Food Services operating hours.
) j2 b  X4 D, E3 l/ n$ D* @' |3 b
2 N% }7 p7 F, q5) Serve as cashier when required.
) X0 n8 c; X2 Q. p4 D5 |
2 e( N# p* K' W! {2 \6) To perform other related duties as directed by the Senior Operations Manager-Food Services and Operating Assistant.

QUALIFICATIONS:
* P, _! o* j) ^! m3 @  {
, W; c: Y) @' L: n, G" V/ e1) Minimum one year in the food industry.  Thorough knowledge of safe food handling and storage techniques.

2) Cashier experience.
/ R4 ?  v6 i* Q
( t2 F0 P3 X3 n* Y2 u9 x3) Excellent work habits, appearance and personal hygiene.
- v9 v9 Y' ^0 Q8 {6 |5 L& e" D8 e
3 l. a! _+ }" j5 Y4) Excellent customer service skills and staff relations abilities.

) m9 t$ P8 o% u% o, `5) Completion of Grade XII (Alberta) or equivalent.
