' A9 t) \4 }8 e% s( Q7 j2 Z+ uJOB SUMMARY:  The Food Service Worker II responsible to the Senior Operations Manager-Food Services and Operating Assistant and will assist in all areas for maximum service to patrons.

6 v; \' ]2 T) \5 [- R DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:

7 v% W2 H/ T% O6 ~$ n1)  Assist with all aspects of food preparation, display food in an attractive & appetizing manner, and clean in the kitchen area.

2)  Provide excellent customer service to student, staff and public clients, in a professional and friendly manner at all times.

3)  Follow proper food handling and storage techniques as per Capital Health standards.

' L# F: M5 S* U2 l# j) z8 M4)  Capable and willing to work in all areas and able to work rotating shifts within the  Students´ Union Food Services operating hours.

5) Serve as cashier when required.

( L/ }/ H* r* B6 U, r6) To perform other related duties as directed by the Senior Operations Manager-Food Services and Operating Assistant.

2 v* o) h& F( L1) Minimum one year in the food industry.  Thorough knowledge of safe food handling and storage techniques.

, f) {- v1 o: c) v) \3 k5 p2) Cashier experience.
+ T' C( Z) c9 S: ?- K  H8 S0 I
, d# Y+ }# e- W! n4 w6 B3) Excellent work habits, appearance and personal hygiene.

4) Excellent customer service skills and staff relations abilities.
