JOB SUMMARY:  The Food Service Worker II responsible to the Senior Operations Manager-Food Services and Operating Assistant and will assist in all areas for maximum service to patrons.

, F- i9 y/ ^. O7 V8 I: _* d* N* \& _3 k DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:
* f% H6 N6 f! X, N- Z) s4 [3 o
1)  Assist with all aspects of food preparation, display food in an attractive & appetizing manner, and clean in the kitchen area.
& {7 G# [! i" C0 N
2)  Provide excellent customer service to student, staff and public clients, in a professional and friendly manner at all times.

3)  Follow proper food handling and storage techniques as per Capital Health standards.

" W8 H) T: D# \4)  Capable and willing to work in all areas and able to work rotating shifts within the  Students´ Union Food Services operating hours.

6) To perform other related duties as directed by the Senior Operations Manager-Food Services and Operating Assistant.

QUALIFICATIONS:

+ @$ E& T2 G' N) ~3 J( l4 d9 d1) Minimum one year in the food industry.  Thorough knowledge of safe food handling and storage techniques.

2) Cashier experience.
0 r9 M3 h( D/ V) q' Y
3) Excellent work habits, appearance and personal hygiene.

4) Excellent customer service skills and staff relations abilities.

, V5 W& G$ d0 z' E2 T5) Completion of Grade XII (Alberta) or equivalent.
