: u; M; A* B' x& ]; Q6 gJOB SUMMARY:  The Food Service Worker II responsible to the Senior Operations Manager-Food Services and Operating Assistant and will assist in all areas for maximum service to patrons.

DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:

1)  Assist with all aspects of food preparation, display food in an attractive & appetizing manner, and clean in the kitchen area.

) P# a. {6 v2 D9 L$ k2)  Provide excellent customer service to student, staff and public clients, in a professional and friendly manner at all times.

  L6 Y0 O: |+ Q3)  Follow proper food handling and storage techniques as per Capital Health standards.

: S8 n* M0 j2 Q0 y: Z4)  Capable and willing to work in all areas and able to work rotating shifts within the  Students´ Union Food Services operating hours.

5) Serve as cashier when required.

6) To perform other related duties as directed by the Senior Operations Manager-Food Services and Operating Assistant.

: Q5 h( E$ j* L. x: d3 YQUALIFICATIONS:

1) Minimum one year in the food industry.  Thorough knowledge of safe food handling and storage techniques.

( T3 c+ m: e: H, S3) Excellent work habits, appearance and personal hygiene.

4) Excellent customer service skills and staff relations abilities.

5) Completion of Grade XII (Alberta) or equivalent.
