请问出offer的问题

请教一下，出offer是否也要亲自和经纪到房主那呢？为什么不是出一个offer给经纪，经纪问屋主，屋主同意就OK，不同意就再说个价呢？我的经纪要求我和他一起去。大家都是这样的吗，请过来人指点。

May give seller the impression that you really want to buy, which means you lose some bargaining margin.

3 H$ z& M1 k5 C0 t出一个$ number 给经纪, 经纪 prepare the offer, you just sign. 经纪 need to do a lot more to be a good 经纪.

Sounds like you need to be more careful with this 经纪.  (Personal opinion only. Decide for your self. )

不是一樣，而且很少雙方接觸的。
因爲你的經紀想速戰速決，雙方可立即成交，寫 offer 時記着給自己留點後路，以免後悔。
