Ph.D. or Master's fellowships are available for suitable applicants who are
3 m) P- R- j  Xenthusiastic about research on Very Large Scale Integration (VLSI) systems
9 O: X9 n3 f7 E) F# uand circuits at Memorial University of Newfoundland, NL, Canada.
Potential projects are in areas of VLSI computer-aided design and analog/digital
) u. S% {+ W  cintegrated system/circuit design.

. e: d  Y/ @9 V/ y9 A5 t2 {" rThe qualified applicants will meet the following conditions:
(a) Master’s or B.S. degree, background in microelectronics, computer engineering, electronics, electrical engineering, computer science, or related areas.
(b) GPA 3.2/4.0 (80% if percentage grades used) or better.
(c) TOEFL: paper-based score of 550 (or higher)/computer-based score of 213 (or higher).
(d) A keen interest in algorithm design or circuit/system design.
