a) 须获得微电子技术、计算机工程、电子电气工程、计算机科学或相关领域的学士学位或硕士学位。
b) 平均成绩80分以上（百分制）

8 g! p1 r$ |' ]9 a  T; ed) 对电路/系统设计或计算机程序设计有浓厚兴趣

enthusiastic about research on Very Large Scale Integration (VLSI) systems
and circuits at Memorial University of Newfoundland, NL, Canada.
: f4 N, l% E8 D/ n, D+ @Potential projects are in areas of VLSI computer-aided design and analog/digital
integrated system/circuit design.

, j+ v# h4 L; }/ t0 X5 I* f# V. |The qualified applicants will meet the following conditions:
: Z3 n! O$ W5 q$ P4 R(a) Master’s or B.S. degree, background in microelectronics, computer engineering, electronics, electrical engineering, computer science, or related areas.
+ S5 h2 P$ d# j(b) GPA 3.2/4.0 (80% if percentage grades used) or better.
5 S- X5 z4 Z3 d" P, z# G, Y(c) TOEFL: paper-based score of 550 (or higher)/computer-based score of 213 (or higher).
