a) 须获得微电子技术、计算机工程、电子电气工程、计算机科学或相关领域的学士学位或硕士学位。
b) 平均成绩80分以上（百分制）

d) 对电路/系统设计或计算机程序设计有浓厚兴趣
e) 有良好团队精神

/ w9 A, l7 F- TPh.D. or Master's fellowships are available for suitable applicants who are
; w  w' v# d. V( f( senthusiastic about research on Very Large Scale Integration (VLSI) systems
and circuits at Memorial University of Newfoundland, NL, Canada.
  I! D; E- d; vPotential projects are in areas of VLSI computer-aided design and analog/digital
' n# C% m$ ~5 Q' i2 M/ |' Cintegrated system/circuit design.

The qualified applicants will meet the following conditions:
(a) Master’s or B.S. degree, background in microelectronics, computer engineering, electronics, electrical engineering, computer science, or related areas.
(b) GPA 3.2/4.0 (80% if percentage grades used) or better.
7 q5 g- \1 ?) B/ z(c) TOEFL: paper-based score of 550 (or higher)/computer-based score of 213 (or higher).
