d) 对电路/系统设计或计算机程序设计有浓厚兴趣

3 x  g- h% Q$ |/ L( i* ~  uenthusiastic about research on Very Large Scale Integration (VLSI) systems
and circuits at Memorial University of Newfoundland, NL, Canada.
Potential projects are in areas of VLSI computer-aided design and analog/digital
6 a2 z2 i( x4 i! ~integrated system/circuit design.

& P$ J8 t& \8 Q6 a5 C0 e/ N$ ]: |The qualified applicants will meet the following conditions:
6 Y; A. _8 [" x(a) Master’s or B.S. degree, background in microelectronics, computer engineering, electronics, electrical engineering, computer science, or related areas.
2 U! s/ _- e% ?% T, N0 {(b) GPA 3.2/4.0 (80% if percentage grades used) or better.
(c) TOEFL: paper-based score of 550 (or higher)/computer-based score of 213 (or higher).
(d) A keen interest in algorithm design or circuit/system design.
