* ]6 a: p3 s: D6 E- U* Xa) 须获得微电子技术、计算机工程、电子电气工程、计算机科学或相关领域的学士学位或硕士学位。
/ r! K# H" H+ G" S, Z% yb) 平均成绩80分以上（百分制）
c) 托福成绩：笔试550分或以上，机试213分或以上
d) 对电路/系统设计或计算机程序设计有浓厚兴趣
e) 有良好团队精神

Graduate Fellowships

Ph.D. or Master's fellowships are available for suitable applicants who are
, F, M2 U9 K2 t# l% ~enthusiastic about research on Very Large Scale Integration (VLSI) systems
and circuits at Memorial University of Newfoundland, NL, Canada.
3 v. _& g! i5 G& D$ }Potential projects are in areas of VLSI computer-aided design and analog/digital
4 Z6 o, |: s: s3 `: @+ |integrated system/circuit design.
& s8 C: ?5 Z6 Q( a0 y
) ?+ g7 ^4 H1 FThe qualified applicants will meet the following conditions:
7 b8 _0 J# l5 m: N7 I(a) Master’s or B.S. degree, background in microelectronics, computer engineering, electronics, electrical engineering, computer science, or related areas.
(b) GPA 3.2/4.0 (80% if percentage grades used) or better.
(c) TOEFL: paper-based score of 550 (or higher)/computer-based score of 213 (or higher).
(d) A keen interest in algorithm design or circuit/system design.
