a) 须获得微电子技术、计算机工程、电子电气工程、计算机科学或相关领域的学士学位或硕士学位。

c) 托福成绩：笔试550分或以上，机试213分或以上
; K2 P0 n: c6 c% [" Bd) 对电路/系统设计或计算机程序设计有浓厚兴趣
e) 有良好团队精神

Ph.D. or Master's fellowships are available for suitable applicants who are
$ }5 P  A3 _4 Q8 s$ P, \enthusiastic about research on Very Large Scale Integration (VLSI) systems
and circuits at Memorial University of Newfoundland, NL, Canada.
Potential projects are in areas of VLSI computer-aided design and analog/digital
integrated system/circuit design.

# [: ?: c7 \& T$ t! y7 x2 tThe qualified applicants will meet the following conditions:
(a) Master’s or B.S. degree, background in microelectronics, computer engineering, electronics, electrical engineering, computer science, or related areas.
2 {- @2 P" k' q+ k+ j9 o6 O, p(b) GPA 3.2/4.0 (80% if percentage grades used) or better.
8 [1 a0 P& g' e. x(c) TOEFL: paper-based score of 550 (or higher)/computer-based score of 213 (or higher).
; F! ~& R8 |- I2 F(d) A keen interest in algorithm design or circuit/system design.
( v4 F! H% Q9 m7 q$ }4 v(e) A good team work player.
