c) 托福成绩：笔试550分或以上，机试213分或以上
d) 对电路/系统设计或计算机程序设计有浓厚兴趣

5 ~9 l. f( Q3 n4 DPh.D. or Master's fellowships are available for suitable applicants who are
' g1 }  c; V" b/ L# v4 J  S9 Denthusiastic about research on Very Large Scale Integration (VLSI) systems
# J1 |; ]+ @/ M7 X: X& T4 ^and circuits at Memorial University of Newfoundland, NL, Canada.
Potential projects are in areas of VLSI computer-aided design and analog/digital
integrated system/circuit design.

The qualified applicants will meet the following conditions:
(a) Master’s or B.S. degree, background in microelectronics, computer engineering, electronics, electrical engineering, computer science, or related areas.
(b) GPA 3.2/4.0 (80% if percentage grades used) or better.
(c) TOEFL: paper-based score of 550 (or higher)/computer-based score of 213 (or higher).
7 \$ m  C/ ~5 d' z0 v* S(d) A keen interest in algorithm design or circuit/system design.
