a) 须获得微电子技术、计算机工程、电子电气工程、计算机科学或相关领域的学士学位或硕士学位。

c) 托福成绩：笔试550分或以上，机试213分或以上
d) 对电路/系统设计或计算机程序设计有浓厚兴趣

Ph.D. or Master's fellowships are available for suitable applicants who are
: \2 |0 U8 a* Y* denthusiastic about research on Very Large Scale Integration (VLSI) systems
' R) G1 Z! [$ o3 gand circuits at Memorial University of Newfoundland, NL, Canada.
Potential projects are in areas of VLSI computer-aided design and analog/digital
: i/ j% T4 X8 n9 N% nintegrated system/circuit design.

7 K' B% F$ a  }+ P% U2 @The qualified applicants will meet the following conditions:
0 k& i# H0 J% j- P7 `/ F(a) Master’s or B.S. degree, background in microelectronics, computer engineering, electronics, electrical engineering, computer science, or related areas.
5 i* Y- f! z" a(b) GPA 3.2/4.0 (80% if percentage grades used) or better.
(c) TOEFL: paper-based score of 550 (or higher)/computer-based score of 213 (or higher).
. J+ A0 M1 ^0 F( _! i1 G(d) A keen interest in algorithm design or circuit/system design.
9 L& q. Q, d8 s1 F(e) A good team work player.
