a) 须获得微电子技术、计算机工程、电子电气工程、计算机科学或相关领域的学士学位或硕士学位。
b) 平均成绩80分以上（百分制）

Ph.D. or Master's fellowships are available for suitable applicants who are
3 u" {, b: s# q8 D( H' oenthusiastic about research on Very Large Scale Integration (VLSI) systems
- Y# F, b- I5 b2 I7 K$ Dand circuits at Memorial University of Newfoundland, NL, Canada.
# q) n/ S9 k: a6 IPotential projects are in areas of VLSI computer-aided design and analog/digital
integrated system/circuit design.

The qualified applicants will meet the following conditions:
4 G% \; O  G- ?) L. R; k(a) Master’s or B.S. degree, background in microelectronics, computer engineering, electronics, electrical engineering, computer science, or related areas.
(b) GPA 3.2/4.0 (80% if percentage grades used) or better.
# G& I- k. J' k1 X# o7 ?' a(c) TOEFL: paper-based score of 550 (or higher)/computer-based score of 213 (or higher).
$ e- d  S6 C' W- y% t(d) A keen interest in algorithm design or circuit/system design.
(e) A good team work player.
