b) 平均成绩80分以上（百分制）
c) 托福成绩：笔试550分或以上，机试213分或以上

e) 有良好团队精神

Ph.D. or Master's fellowships are available for suitable applicants who are
+ C( I$ U: o7 O5 J! S2 ^. n/ oenthusiastic about research on Very Large Scale Integration (VLSI) systems
and circuits at Memorial University of Newfoundland, NL, Canada.
8 i) o. F# ^5 \7 S! oPotential projects are in areas of VLSI computer-aided design and analog/digital
: H( V+ j' f* T; Cintegrated system/circuit design.

The qualified applicants will meet the following conditions:
(a) Master’s or B.S. degree, background in microelectronics, computer engineering, electronics, electrical engineering, computer science, or related areas.
* ], h6 b( R+ T7 S# w(b) GPA 3.2/4.0 (80% if percentage grades used) or better.
& x7 w6 _( b. M  [0 `& J(c) TOEFL: paper-based score of 550 (or higher)/computer-based score of 213 (or higher).
(d) A keen interest in algorithm design or circuit/system design.
(e) A good team work player.

Interested and highly motivated candidates are welcomed to apply. Tuition will be
