c) 托福成绩：笔试550分或以上，机试213分或以上

- M& q5 U, s3 jPh.D. or Master's fellowships are available for suitable applicants who are
! h3 v7 w. b7 b0 C$ t/ x; H& r5 _enthusiastic about research on Very Large Scale Integration (VLSI) systems
and circuits at Memorial University of Newfoundland, NL, Canada.
Potential projects are in areas of VLSI computer-aided design and analog/digital
integrated system/circuit design.

, h9 F& q  w" B8 lThe qualified applicants will meet the following conditions:
2 s& M: c1 Q- o( W(a) Master’s or B.S. degree, background in microelectronics, computer engineering, electronics, electrical engineering, computer science, or related areas.
* }, k- b* C3 ]' b3 s) }1 u# `, Y  f(b) GPA 3.2/4.0 (80% if percentage grades used) or better.
+ L6 ?2 U( x& E0 {. r$ A3 A(c) TOEFL: paper-based score of 550 (or higher)/computer-based score of 213 (or higher).
% W4 u) u# M* }(d) A keen interest in algorithm design or circuit/system design.
(e) A good team work player.
