c) 托福成绩：笔试550分或以上，机试213分或以上
d) 对电路/系统设计或计算机程序设计有浓厚兴趣
e) 有良好团队精神

Graduate Fellowships

0 K: H$ u" a. u! M& g$ K, RPh.D. or Master's fellowships are available for suitable applicants who are
enthusiastic about research on Very Large Scale Integration (VLSI) systems
and circuits at Memorial University of Newfoundland, NL, Canada.
& e9 z/ u+ r8 C8 m# O1 T! `! fPotential projects are in areas of VLSI computer-aided design and analog/digital
& K9 B% Y% n/ [" Jintegrated system/circuit design.

The qualified applicants will meet the following conditions:
# v- a  ^+ S" K; D! ?0 c/ ]8 `9 a! T(a) Master’s or B.S. degree, background in microelectronics, computer engineering, electronics, electrical engineering, computer science, or related areas.
" ~3 ?' ]) h/ p(b) GPA 3.2/4.0 (80% if percentage grades used) or better.
8 X) }# V8 H* z; n(c) TOEFL: paper-based score of 550 (or higher)/computer-based score of 213 (or higher).
6 z4 L' M0 `1 b; {* E(d) A keen interest in algorithm design or circuit/system design.
