a) 须获得微电子技术、计算机工程、电子电气工程、计算机科学或相关领域的学士学位或硕士学位。

( m$ h' M$ O; U( ?c) 托福成绩：笔试550分或以上，机试213分或以上

Ph.D. or Master's fellowships are available for suitable applicants who are
enthusiastic about research on Very Large Scale Integration (VLSI) systems
7 t! r) E! ~& E" j1 L9 t! m6 \( gand circuits at Memorial University of Newfoundland, NL, Canada.
Potential projects are in areas of VLSI computer-aided design and analog/digital
integrated system/circuit design.
! ]8 g" K: \/ D6 {, F" c
3 x+ k: }' }* [1 r+ U* }4 IThe qualified applicants will meet the following conditions:
" c4 p) V+ h" _; K(a) Master’s or B.S. degree, background in microelectronics, computer engineering, electronics, electrical engineering, computer science, or related areas.
' _+ ]& Y" b, q  \5 B2 O! x(b) GPA 3.2/4.0 (80% if percentage grades used) or better.
0 f9 a) {4 Z% ^% |. }  C(c) TOEFL: paper-based score of 550 (or higher)/computer-based score of 213 (or higher).
(d) A keen interest in algorithm design or circuit/system design.
(e) A good team work player.
