a) 须获得微电子技术、计算机工程、电子电气工程、计算机科学或相关领域的学士学位或硕士学位。
b) 平均成绩80分以上（百分制）

d) 对电路/系统设计或计算机程序设计有浓厚兴趣

Graduate Fellowships

Ph.D. or Master's fellowships are available for suitable applicants who are
/ a+ t* t' n+ M- D) m- R) M, qenthusiastic about research on Very Large Scale Integration (VLSI) systems
9 l, G( s9 ]" k+ d# V' Jand circuits at Memorial University of Newfoundland, NL, Canada.
Potential projects are in areas of VLSI computer-aided design and analog/digital
+ d0 j# ^& |- \+ rintegrated system/circuit design.
* n8 D$ B! v+ i" D6 e7 i9 ^# y. E* y
The qualified applicants will meet the following conditions:
% J+ j% \3 f0 u7 F(a) Master’s or B.S. degree, background in microelectronics, computer engineering, electronics, electrical engineering, computer science, or related areas.
0 Z9 j* [4 ?& j, o4 Y$ U6 W, Q. q(b) GPA 3.2/4.0 (80% if percentage grades used) or better.
0 J' J, ^; M) d6 \1 S3 _/ k) V(c) TOEFL: paper-based score of 550 (or higher)/computer-based score of 213 (or higher).
(d) A keen interest in algorithm design or circuit/system design.
(e) A good team work player.
