申请者应满足如下条件:
a) 须获得微电子技术、计算机工程、电子电气工程、计算机科学或相关领域的学士学位或硕士学位。

4 u* M- L! a6 \& ~c) 托福成绩：笔试550分或以上，机试213分或以上

Ph.D. or Master's fellowships are available for suitable applicants who are
# G. z1 Y' I4 Renthusiastic about research on Very Large Scale Integration (VLSI) systems
and circuits at Memorial University of Newfoundland, NL, Canada.
Potential projects are in areas of VLSI computer-aided design and analog/digital
integrated system/circuit design.

7 ~* b* ?# S+ @The qualified applicants will meet the following conditions:
( W! w! u# ]& U0 g. a3 N(a) Master’s or B.S. degree, background in microelectronics, computer engineering, electronics, electrical engineering, computer science, or related areas.
(b) GPA 3.2/4.0 (80% if percentage grades used) or better.
: v  M* V' k8 \: n( j9 R2 \0 }4 M(c) TOEFL: paper-based score of 550 (or higher)/computer-based score of 213 (or higher).
0 O/ r& U: N0 e% {(d) A keen interest in algorithm design or circuit/system design.
