申请者应满足如下条件:
- u* K  ?) `) X+ ba) 须获得微电子技术、计算机工程、电子电气工程、计算机科学或相关领域的学士学位或硕士学位。
& [3 \# K% }2 h+ g+ lb) 平均成绩80分以上（百分制）
. y+ f4 p; ^5 [0 ]: A' O& oc) 托福成绩：笔试550分或以上，机试213分或以上
8 o9 t8 w0 U+ a$ Dd) 对电路/系统设计或计算机程序设计有浓厚兴趣

Ph.D. or Master's fellowships are available for suitable applicants who are
enthusiastic about research on Very Large Scale Integration (VLSI) systems
8 c  z7 w* `7 f* C, j- E* Aand circuits at Memorial University of Newfoundland, NL, Canada.
8 G/ r. g4 J  E+ T6 o- z. R1 TPotential projects are in areas of VLSI computer-aided design and analog/digital

$ c5 N0 ~9 C0 l. ZThe qualified applicants will meet the following conditions:
* G+ B- S$ q# Z8 `( R(a) Master’s or B.S. degree, background in microelectronics, computer engineering, electronics, electrical engineering, computer science, or related areas.
(b) GPA 3.2/4.0 (80% if percentage grades used) or better.
(c) TOEFL: paper-based score of 550 (or higher)/computer-based score of 213 (or higher).
/ n2 A# {3 g% o- w9 j(d) A keen interest in algorithm design or circuit/system design.
