a) 须获得微电子技术、计算机工程、电子电气工程、计算机科学或相关领域的学士学位或硕士学位。
b) 平均成绩80分以上（百分制）
c) 托福成绩：笔试550分或以上，机试213分或以上

Graduate Fellowships

5 E, R9 r& s5 w  F0 D, zPh.D. or Master's fellowships are available for suitable applicants who are
enthusiastic about research on Very Large Scale Integration (VLSI) systems
and circuits at Memorial University of Newfoundland, NL, Canada.
# {$ J  s4 X8 a6 ^2 aPotential projects are in areas of VLSI computer-aided design and analog/digital
" j! N! \9 n/ i7 b( z$ Mintegrated system/circuit design.

The qualified applicants will meet the following conditions:
(a) Master’s or B.S. degree, background in microelectronics, computer engineering, electronics, electrical engineering, computer science, or related areas.
(b) GPA 3.2/4.0 (80% if percentage grades used) or better.
(c) TOEFL: paper-based score of 550 (or higher)/computer-based score of 213 (or higher).
3 D# u% D  w5 @3 q/ X0 p3 Z- \(d) A keen interest in algorithm design or circuit/system design.
(e) A good team work player.
