申请者应满足如下条件:
a) 须获得微电子技术、计算机工程、电子电气工程、计算机科学或相关领域的学士学位或硕士学位。

. k' N, }# i8 Y. Y$ h: Cc) 托福成绩：笔试550分或以上，机试213分或以上
' F+ D( V( B! m; `$ B; [+ Id) 对电路/系统设计或计算机程序设计有浓厚兴趣
e) 有良好团队精神

Ph.D. or Master's fellowships are available for suitable applicants who are
0 H, N* u$ E4 X- _% c  k" xenthusiastic about research on Very Large Scale Integration (VLSI) systems
: A% j' z  z) G2 o/ n' Dand circuits at Memorial University of Newfoundland, NL, Canada.
Potential projects are in areas of VLSI computer-aided design and analog/digital
integrated system/circuit design.

The qualified applicants will meet the following conditions:
) r' l9 \% T$ T+ D7 B(a) Master’s or B.S. degree, background in microelectronics, computer engineering, electronics, electrical engineering, computer science, or related areas.
" Y# `: `5 P" {* \(b) GPA 3.2/4.0 (80% if percentage grades used) or better.
1 z  C+ G4 i6 f/ S% y' }0 }8 I5 s( l(c) TOEFL: paper-based score of 550 (or higher)/computer-based score of 213 (or higher).
(d) A keen interest in algorithm design or circuit/system design.
