申请者应满足如下条件:
6 J* z2 A" K0 ?a) 须获得微电子技术、计算机工程、电子电气工程、计算机科学或相关领域的学士学位或硕士学位。
3 y/ l- g* ~0 U. \% Ob) 平均成绩80分以上（百分制）
c) 托福成绩：笔试550分或以上，机试213分或以上
* }3 S  d! Y  }; _! k9 ~0 {" Dd) 对电路/系统设计或计算机程序设计有浓厚兴趣
  X4 _0 Z: S& ^e) 有良好团队精神

and circuits at Memorial University of Newfoundland, NL, Canada.
Potential projects are in areas of VLSI computer-aided design and analog/digital

( W5 l) K4 T. b: B4 k5 a. p+ Q(a) Master’s or B.S. degree, background in microelectronics, computer engineering, electronics, electrical engineering, computer science, or related areas.
(b) GPA 3.2/4.0 (80% if percentage grades used) or better.
(c) TOEFL: paper-based score of 550 (or higher)/computer-based score of 213 (or higher).
