a) 须获得微电子技术、计算机工程、电子电气工程、计算机科学或相关领域的学士学位或硕士学位。
b) 平均成绩80分以上（百分制）
c) 托福成绩：笔试550分或以上，机试213分或以上
; t# v, ]4 _, J& l) ld) 对电路/系统设计或计算机程序设计有浓厚兴趣
e) 有良好团队精神

$ X0 f4 a8 o* y1 s( |, t. B' oPh.D. or Master's fellowships are available for suitable applicants who are
0 l$ C( ?6 {5 t" Centhusiastic about research on Very Large Scale Integration (VLSI) systems
and circuits at Memorial University of Newfoundland, NL, Canada.
. w( @/ G, C# J$ U1 N) CPotential projects are in areas of VLSI computer-aided design and analog/digital
integrated system/circuit design.

. c* Z- Z1 \  w. e# K3 Z0 `The qualified applicants will meet the following conditions:
5 j0 _+ G" |/ R. y  {) A1 N(a) Master’s or B.S. degree, background in microelectronics, computer engineering, electronics, electrical engineering, computer science, or related areas.
(b) GPA 3.2/4.0 (80% if percentage grades used) or better.
' t& I2 W/ ^/ k6 i* n$ ]% z(c) TOEFL: paper-based score of 550 (or higher)/computer-based score of 213 (or higher).
(d) A keen interest in algorithm design or circuit/system design.
) x0 f. h" [# q! M+ p(e) A good team work player.
