a) 须获得微电子技术、计算机工程、电子电气工程、计算机科学或相关领域的学士学位或硕士学位。
b) 平均成绩80分以上（百分制）

- y: N1 w, N# S) ?) v& l0 L# kPh.D. or Master's fellowships are available for suitable applicants who are
1 ~0 ?, x% \+ [* a) o5 yenthusiastic about research on Very Large Scale Integration (VLSI) systems
and circuits at Memorial University of Newfoundland, NL, Canada.
Potential projects are in areas of VLSI computer-aided design and analog/digital
; w9 D' y1 k# u2 Qintegrated system/circuit design.

; L3 r) ?4 A1 h, z( J) n3 \The qualified applicants will meet the following conditions:
(a) Master’s or B.S. degree, background in microelectronics, computer engineering, electronics, electrical engineering, computer science, or related areas.
(b) GPA 3.2/4.0 (80% if percentage grades used) or better.
% b4 m. i: C1 x2 c- J(c) TOEFL: paper-based score of 550 (or higher)/computer-based score of 213 (or higher).
(d) A keen interest in algorithm design or circuit/system design.
(e) A good team work player.
