申请者应满足如下条件:
( a" z" N+ i9 `! E& c/ Y+ Oa) 须获得微电子技术、计算机工程、电子电气工程、计算机科学或相关领域的学士学位或硕士学位。
b) 平均成绩80分以上（百分制）
c) 托福成绩：笔试550分或以上，机试213分或以上
# i4 T" N6 w6 }- Gd) 对电路/系统设计或计算机程序设计有浓厚兴趣

Ph.D. or Master's fellowships are available for suitable applicants who are
, D1 H. W/ X, t& _1 ?, Senthusiastic about research on Very Large Scale Integration (VLSI) systems
and circuits at Memorial University of Newfoundland, NL, Canada.
1 t% N. u* [# t! p1 N( [9 b/ ]- K( TPotential projects are in areas of VLSI computer-aided design and analog/digital
integrated system/circuit design.

& X/ L) S7 _( _7 O7 ^" tThe qualified applicants will meet the following conditions:
8 j* k0 y( g* H3 j. ~9 J8 n(a) Master’s or B.S. degree, background in microelectronics, computer engineering, electronics, electrical engineering, computer science, or related areas.
, P5 q2 `' ], s/ P! X- o7 x(b) GPA 3.2/4.0 (80% if percentage grades used) or better.
(c) TOEFL: paper-based score of 550 (or higher)/computer-based score of 213 (or higher).
3 R4 |4 k# e! v0 G- O8 C) w+ ?(d) A keen interest in algorithm design or circuit/system design.
