研究领域： 超大规模集成电路(VLSI)计算机辅助设计，模拟及数字集成电路/系统设计

申请者应满足如下条件:
* L9 N/ a" H$ F; C! @) Q  ^& {; la) 须获得微电子技术、计算机工程、电子电气工程、计算机科学或相关领域的学士学位或硕士学位。
+ W9 a3 e  I# d7 g) l4 p: ib) 平均成绩80分以上（百分制）
4 b$ Z" ]( R. }7 r; N+ D$ a! Xc) 托福成绩：笔试550分或以上，机试213分或以上
d) 对电路/系统设计或计算机程序设计有浓厚兴趣

enthusiastic about research on Very Large Scale Integration (VLSI) systems
, f/ I4 {5 `4 J1 nand circuits at Memorial University of Newfoundland, NL, Canada.
. Y3 E/ [$ J9 y; GPotential projects are in areas of VLSI computer-aided design and analog/digital
: N8 z# f  t( `integrated system/circuit design.

The qualified applicants will meet the following conditions:
) h3 Z5 _/ L: E(a) Master’s or B.S. degree, background in microelectronics, computer engineering, electronics, electrical engineering, computer science, or related areas.
% d3 a0 l$ {4 R(b) GPA 3.2/4.0 (80% if percentage grades used) or better.
  U: s  S! C2 i+ a(c) TOEFL: paper-based score of 550 (or higher)/computer-based score of 213 (or higher).
7 A- l1 g1 l7 c7 d9 Q(d) A keen interest in algorithm design or circuit/system design.
(e) A good team work player.
