b) 平均成绩80分以上（百分制）
) _' [6 Z8 o0 }- [. I) m% ~, lc) 托福成绩：笔试550分或以上，机试213分或以上
  z  K- {( u+ ~; z! Md) 对电路/系统设计或计算机程序设计有浓厚兴趣
e) 有良好团队精神

Ph.D. or Master's fellowships are available for suitable applicants who are
, e; l- E6 M2 p# d& Penthusiastic about research on Very Large Scale Integration (VLSI) systems
and circuits at Memorial University of Newfoundland, NL, Canada.
Potential projects are in areas of VLSI computer-aided design and analog/digital
- N: g7 m: F+ u3 Jintegrated system/circuit design.

! l# ^9 V) L; a( ]The qualified applicants will meet the following conditions:
(a) Master’s or B.S. degree, background in microelectronics, computer engineering, electronics, electrical engineering, computer science, or related areas.
(b) GPA 3.2/4.0 (80% if percentage grades used) or better.
4 W; B; r* R2 r$ N  D9 `(c) TOEFL: paper-based score of 550 (or higher)/computer-based score of 213 (or higher).
(d) A keen interest in algorithm design or circuit/system design.
& x( W$ F$ J: L0 @9 J* f(e) A good team work player.
