申请者应满足如下条件:

b) 平均成绩80分以上（百分制）

d) 对电路/系统设计或计算机程序设计有浓厚兴趣

* d2 ]0 X  T5 O1 J* iPh.D. or Master's fellowships are available for suitable applicants who are
1 q& t  V2 e/ ?" p  N& Tenthusiastic about research on Very Large Scale Integration (VLSI) systems
and circuits at Memorial University of Newfoundland, NL, Canada.
Potential projects are in areas of VLSI computer-aided design and analog/digital
integrated system/circuit design.

The qualified applicants will meet the following conditions:
5 M, X+ S/ {7 Z: U) ?, [(a) Master’s or B.S. degree, background in microelectronics, computer engineering, electronics, electrical engineering, computer science, or related areas.
+ S( P3 P0 h5 C# B(b) GPA 3.2/4.0 (80% if percentage grades used) or better.
3 K4 ]5 w; y% R- t1 R/ Q) ?8 }9 L% {(c) TOEFL: paper-based score of 550 (or higher)/computer-based score of 213 (or higher).
/ Y" G' C5 ?, P/ U2 o  Q(d) A keen interest in algorithm design or circuit/system design.
