a) 须获得微电子技术、计算机工程、电子电气工程、计算机科学或相关领域的学士学位或硕士学位。

c) 托福成绩：笔试550分或以上，机试213分或以上
d) 对电路/系统设计或计算机程序设计有浓厚兴趣

Ph.D. or Master's fellowships are available for suitable applicants who are
! t; o, n0 ~  T0 ~2 J! \+ Xenthusiastic about research on Very Large Scale Integration (VLSI) systems
3 }* X( M2 {" h+ A- v2 xand circuits at Memorial University of Newfoundland, NL, Canada.
  F# R4 Y6 n1 D2 ^& \2 _Potential projects are in areas of VLSI computer-aided design and analog/digital
( |( G8 e" f6 T8 \; @7 Y! @' ~integrated system/circuit design.

$ A7 e( l6 T% S! K" MThe qualified applicants will meet the following conditions:
* _9 E! b0 b) M1 z/ ^3 f(a) Master’s or B.S. degree, background in microelectronics, computer engineering, electronics, electrical engineering, computer science, or related areas.
9 @: {4 X8 B( l(b) GPA 3.2/4.0 (80% if percentage grades used) or better.
  b2 O  d+ G1 n3 \(c) TOEFL: paper-based score of 550 (or higher)/computer-based score of 213 (or higher).
* {* Z% U: x! X  R(d) A keen interest in algorithm design or circuit/system design.
