申请者应满足如下条件:
7 o  r/ P3 K% m9 Q3 Ya) 须获得微电子技术、计算机工程、电子电气工程、计算机科学或相关领域的学士学位或硕士学位。
) w0 b$ W5 w( Q4 s0 u( {b) 平均成绩80分以上（百分制）
c) 托福成绩：笔试550分或以上，机试213分或以上
0 W. n* A. K. @& s9 ?d) 对电路/系统设计或计算机程序设计有浓厚兴趣
e) 有良好团队精神

Ph.D. or Master's fellowships are available for suitable applicants who are
" Z8 x2 b9 f$ K2 a9 ^1 E+ d4 Xenthusiastic about research on Very Large Scale Integration (VLSI) systems
3 T7 [/ R. {+ _( F* kand circuits at Memorial University of Newfoundland, NL, Canada.
4 O, Q# W5 f; rPotential projects are in areas of VLSI computer-aided design and analog/digital
: q" O  j! j2 }8 y3 u. qintegrated system/circuit design.

(a) Master’s or B.S. degree, background in microelectronics, computer engineering, electronics, electrical engineering, computer science, or related areas.
" T9 G0 c  j  }  D) x+ p: l  C; f(b) GPA 3.2/4.0 (80% if percentage grades used) or better.
0 P% o# Z6 O; G. {8 E  L(c) TOEFL: paper-based score of 550 (or higher)/computer-based score of 213 (or higher).
" d$ V+ a* Z: Q( v! M: d! K(d) A keen interest in algorithm design or circuit/system design.
