a) 须获得微电子技术、计算机工程、电子电气工程、计算机科学或相关领域的学士学位或硕士学位。

c) 托福成绩：笔试550分或以上，机试213分或以上
6 h% s/ m8 V1 I. hd) 对电路/系统设计或计算机程序设计有浓厚兴趣

% M6 O% V6 ?( C  `5 LPh.D. or Master's fellowships are available for suitable applicants who are
enthusiastic about research on Very Large Scale Integration (VLSI) systems
: L& [# V; i8 Y3 y' Land circuits at Memorial University of Newfoundland, NL, Canada.
1 U9 P" r" V; L* q# U2 q4 q* bPotential projects are in areas of VLSI computer-aided design and analog/digital
/ U: i! i$ Y: g6 i7 Hintegrated system/circuit design.

The qualified applicants will meet the following conditions:
# d0 i7 D% a; }# U(a) Master’s or B.S. degree, background in microelectronics, computer engineering, electronics, electrical engineering, computer science, or related areas.
0 _/ n) Y8 [& c% }(b) GPA 3.2/4.0 (80% if percentage grades used) or better.
(c) TOEFL: paper-based score of 550 (or higher)/computer-based score of 213 (or higher).
(d) A keen interest in algorithm design or circuit/system design.
(e) A good team work player.
