d) 对电路/系统设计或计算机程序设计有浓厚兴趣

enthusiastic about research on Very Large Scale Integration (VLSI) systems
and circuits at Memorial University of Newfoundland, NL, Canada.
: g& V- T& D* ?; `. D, jPotential projects are in areas of VLSI computer-aided design and analog/digital
integrated system/circuit design.

6 I5 x1 K% Y0 [4 RThe qualified applicants will meet the following conditions:
( |2 g9 j) d* _) q(a) Master’s or B.S. degree, background in microelectronics, computer engineering, electronics, electrical engineering, computer science, or related areas.
(b) GPA 3.2/4.0 (80% if percentage grades used) or better.
, D5 O0 \: ?' h3 Q) q& m(c) TOEFL: paper-based score of 550 (or higher)/computer-based score of 213 (or higher).
(d) A keen interest in algorithm design or circuit/system design.
