a) 须获得微电子技术、计算机工程、电子电气工程、计算机科学或相关领域的学士学位或硕士学位。
- }5 E, m* V3 {  S( ~b) 平均成绩80分以上（百分制）
- U9 {  j* T+ S$ n, V$ j$ Wc) 托福成绩：笔试550分或以上，机试213分或以上
d) 对电路/系统设计或计算机程序设计有浓厚兴趣
- @6 ~6 e' K0 c5 O/ Q$ ie) 有良好团队精神

Graduate Fellowships

4 X  w4 B* W: G2 }$ l; m1 a$ m. IPh.D. or Master's fellowships are available for suitable applicants who are
. d0 d' g  g" f/ B9 Z: |enthusiastic about research on Very Large Scale Integration (VLSI) systems
and circuits at Memorial University of Newfoundland, NL, Canada.
6 `' V' U# j& [, k' ?Potential projects are in areas of VLSI computer-aided design and analog/digital
integrated system/circuit design.

6 o) ]) n' R; A6 zThe qualified applicants will meet the following conditions:
& x1 N3 q, @, V* P& a7 b: \1 w- M(a) Master’s or B.S. degree, background in microelectronics, computer engineering, electronics, electrical engineering, computer science, or related areas.
(b) GPA 3.2/4.0 (80% if percentage grades used) or better.
(c) TOEFL: paper-based score of 550 (or higher)/computer-based score of 213 (or higher).
(d) A keen interest in algorithm design or circuit/system design.
