Ph.D. or Master's fellowships are available for suitable applicants who are
- i+ A  Y) y9 c5 J! ~enthusiastic about research on Very Large Scale Integration (VLSI) systems
and circuits at Memorial University of Newfoundland, NL, Canada.
" u8 r* l) n' H6 N: ~Potential projects are in areas of VLSI computer-aided design and analog/digital
integrated system/circuit design.

6 j& y- P1 L2 P/ `( P$ qThe qualified applicants will meet the following conditions:
(a) Master’s or B.S. degree, background in microelectronics, computer engineering, electronics, electrical engineering, computer science, or related areas.
(b) GPA 3.2/4.0 (80% if percentage grades used) or better.
* e! z# }+ z, {* d: d1 D- J. I. Y% e(c) TOEFL: paper-based score of 550 (or higher)/computer-based score of 213 (or higher).
(d) A keen interest in algorithm design or circuit/system design.
