c) 托福成绩：笔试550分或以上，机试213分或以上
d) 对电路/系统设计或计算机程序设计有浓厚兴趣

) e4 M8 ]# }$ D8 JPh.D. or Master's fellowships are available for suitable applicants who are
enthusiastic about research on Very Large Scale Integration (VLSI) systems
and circuits at Memorial University of Newfoundland, NL, Canada.
1 k$ D0 x, l  P2 _& N- zPotential projects are in areas of VLSI computer-aided design and analog/digital
( ^( A; y) {" z: l2 gintegrated system/circuit design.

9 y  Y7 Q3 l+ m" U1 S; T* i; _: j' MThe qualified applicants will meet the following conditions:
$ w, y" O2 G9 f; C0 u- }(a) Master’s or B.S. degree, background in microelectronics, computer engineering, electronics, electrical engineering, computer science, or related areas.
(b) GPA 3.2/4.0 (80% if percentage grades used) or better.
. j3 S' v; x7 _1 D. J: |(c) TOEFL: paper-based score of 550 (or higher)/computer-based score of 213 (or higher).
