a) 须获得微电子技术、计算机工程、电子电气工程、计算机科学或相关领域的学士学位或硕士学位。

c) 托福成绩：笔试550分或以上，机试213分或以上
d) 对电路/系统设计或计算机程序设计有浓厚兴趣
e) 有良好团队精神

Graduate Fellowships

) W0 O% w, c6 a4 b% o5 EPh.D. or Master's fellowships are available for suitable applicants who are
enthusiastic about research on Very Large Scale Integration (VLSI) systems
and circuits at Memorial University of Newfoundland, NL, Canada.
* V  M# d" {9 e# z/ p4 FPotential projects are in areas of VLSI computer-aided design and analog/digital
2 ]+ Z8 o8 Y$ U* ]integrated system/circuit design.
" Z* Q! f* I/ e4 U# I+ @1 ]- R
The qualified applicants will meet the following conditions:
% J; k, ]' X- @7 `9 Q(a) Master’s or B.S. degree, background in microelectronics, computer engineering, electronics, electrical engineering, computer science, or related areas.
& _- `+ R, `; P( s  W1 N) `(b) GPA 3.2/4.0 (80% if percentage grades used) or better.
. x" O$ ^5 H( Y! Q0 u* H% U/ g(c) TOEFL: paper-based score of 550 (or higher)/computer-based score of 213 (or higher).
(d) A keen interest in algorithm design or circuit/system design.
