b) 平均成绩80分以上（百分制）
# v" A" j8 z  m/ J5 qc) 托福成绩：笔试550分或以上，机试213分或以上
" R5 R3 i* W5 i, m' md) 对电路/系统设计或计算机程序设计有浓厚兴趣

4 [9 s, X& O/ d* |enthusiastic about research on Very Large Scale Integration (VLSI) systems
* Y* s; d# ?; X6 Zand circuits at Memorial University of Newfoundland, NL, Canada.
Potential projects are in areas of VLSI computer-aided design and analog/digital
" M" x9 s6 o+ B6 r" y) t' d4 E0 Vintegrated system/circuit design.

/ q. Q, y3 o9 ]4 S9 v- Y) N6 B(a) Master’s or B.S. degree, background in microelectronics, computer engineering, electronics, electrical engineering, computer science, or related areas.
4 E0 m+ w5 W  O( e(b) GPA 3.2/4.0 (80% if percentage grades used) or better.
8 Q$ J  U# ^/ x( `! d8 k* U(c) TOEFL: paper-based score of 550 (or higher)/computer-based score of 213 (or higher).
