a) 须获得微电子技术、计算机工程、电子电气工程、计算机科学或相关领域的学士学位或硕士学位。

3 N) W1 M6 }+ wc) 托福成绩：笔试550分或以上，机试213分或以上
* v7 g) ?9 q2 x4 X- Od) 对电路/系统设计或计算机程序设计有浓厚兴趣
e) 有良好团队精神

Ph.D. or Master's fellowships are available for suitable applicants who are
enthusiastic about research on Very Large Scale Integration (VLSI) systems
; Z0 g7 V6 ]$ c+ ]& {and circuits at Memorial University of Newfoundland, NL, Canada.
# j) A1 d7 \( y  l' p, pPotential projects are in areas of VLSI computer-aided design and analog/digital
integrated system/circuit design.
; M" ]+ k+ h) r) W, V* h- X
8 J' |9 g7 r; C2 f: J- WThe qualified applicants will meet the following conditions:
7 o5 T) e$ H6 l0 a(a) Master’s or B.S. degree, background in microelectronics, computer engineering, electronics, electrical engineering, computer science, or related areas.
(b) GPA 3.2/4.0 (80% if percentage grades used) or better.
(c) TOEFL: paper-based score of 550 (or higher)/computer-based score of 213 (or higher).
(d) A keen interest in algorithm design or circuit/system design.
(e) A good team work player.
