" h2 ]+ U7 \' `9 _: BPh.D. or Master's fellowships are available for suitable applicants who are
# p+ R: x8 s/ H  v) Xenthusiastic about research on Very Large Scale Integration (VLSI) systems
and circuits at Memorial University of Newfoundland, NL, Canada.
Potential projects are in areas of VLSI computer-aided design and analog/digital
integrated system/circuit design.

The qualified applicants will meet the following conditions:
! _6 w1 V9 L0 J5 @2 T, a4 `. c! Z; m(a) Master’s or B.S. degree, background in microelectronics, computer engineering, electronics, electrical engineering, computer science, or related areas.
(b) GPA 3.2/4.0 (80% if percentage grades used) or better.
$ p, t8 F" Z( c(c) TOEFL: paper-based score of 550 (or higher)/computer-based score of 213 (or higher).
. u6 E5 ^' w* D/ G7 r5 S; [(d) A keen interest in algorithm design or circuit/system design.
. }, s2 {" O" ^1 R(e) A good team work player.
