b) 平均成绩80分以上（百分制）
c) 托福成绩：笔试550分或以上，机试213分或以上
' u5 g, M' D8 M& K6 Ed) 对电路/系统设计或计算机程序设计有浓厚兴趣
e) 有良好团队精神

$ X* G. \* Z, M& z( a( z2 r: V; xPh.D. or Master's fellowships are available for suitable applicants who are
enthusiastic about research on Very Large Scale Integration (VLSI) systems
* T, m& {: s2 y! w# V( a# band circuits at Memorial University of Newfoundland, NL, Canada.
Potential projects are in areas of VLSI computer-aided design and analog/digital
integrated system/circuit design.

+ ]+ F% M5 d9 z& F' v# x  o  S* w, }The qualified applicants will meet the following conditions:
3 m# z$ |$ H/ b& z(a) Master’s or B.S. degree, background in microelectronics, computer engineering, electronics, electrical engineering, computer science, or related areas.
  z# A( O! x8 L(b) GPA 3.2/4.0 (80% if percentage grades used) or better.
(c) TOEFL: paper-based score of 550 (or higher)/computer-based score of 213 (or higher).
: N9 N, i+ C* j2 a+ V(d) A keen interest in algorithm design or circuit/system design.
(e) A good team work player.
