8 b; n( o$ ^+ f0 d8 Sa) 须获得微电子技术、计算机工程、电子电气工程、计算机科学或相关领域的学士学位或硕士学位。
b) 平均成绩80分以上（百分制）
* Y! C$ ^" C, X" A% V/ qc) 托福成绩：笔试550分或以上，机试213分或以上
d) 对电路/系统设计或计算机程序设计有浓厚兴趣
& U5 Z; T, A0 e, ]* {e) 有良好团队精神

  W  s. Y, a5 c7 U* BPh.D. or Master's fellowships are available for suitable applicants who are
enthusiastic about research on Very Large Scale Integration (VLSI) systems
, R% ~$ T. C( V) g) [# H8 m* Cand circuits at Memorial University of Newfoundland, NL, Canada.
Potential projects are in areas of VLSI computer-aided design and analog/digital
% a$ Y& Z  i6 B) Wintegrated system/circuit design.

; Q  E5 V% K. Y+ j/ l- R* w5 P9 {. V) BThe qualified applicants will meet the following conditions:
(a) Master’s or B.S. degree, background in microelectronics, computer engineering, electronics, electrical engineering, computer science, or related areas.
(b) GPA 3.2/4.0 (80% if percentage grades used) or better.
+ K3 W, i8 H) i9 p; y(c) TOEFL: paper-based score of 550 (or higher)/computer-based score of 213 (or higher).
(d) A keen interest in algorithm design or circuit/system design.
(e) A good team work player.
