申请者应满足如下条件:
9 U! I$ p  V3 Z4 oa) 须获得微电子技术、计算机工程、电子电气工程、计算机科学或相关领域的学士学位或硕士学位。
8 r" p) M4 a- y% s) vb) 平均成绩80分以上（百分制）
c) 托福成绩：笔试550分或以上，机试213分或以上
d) 对电路/系统设计或计算机程序设计有浓厚兴趣
e) 有良好团队精神

enthusiastic about research on Very Large Scale Integration (VLSI) systems
8 D) }6 `% D' ~" P- W" mand circuits at Memorial University of Newfoundland, NL, Canada.
" G0 ~; e3 _( i/ m1 |# e% tPotential projects are in areas of VLSI computer-aided design and analog/digital
9 [# q7 I/ {4 M: eintegrated system/circuit design.

7 M# v2 ^1 }! @& F/ K# VThe qualified applicants will meet the following conditions:
" R/ x. u5 u; s9 Y  Z  l  ](a) Master’s or B.S. degree, background in microelectronics, computer engineering, electronics, electrical engineering, computer science, or related areas.
(b) GPA 3.2/4.0 (80% if percentage grades used) or better.
8 E+ A2 K' d$ E; I( z; I3 y(c) TOEFL: paper-based score of 550 (or higher)/computer-based score of 213 (or higher).
6 R6 K* e' C1 x. i(d) A keen interest in algorithm design or circuit/system design.
