申请者应满足如下条件:

$ h" q3 d- \8 N& K, `7 p3 Mc) 托福成绩：笔试550分或以上，机试213分或以上
7 L1 o$ J* c5 k& Qd) 对电路/系统设计或计算机程序设计有浓厚兴趣
e) 有良好团队精神

Ph.D. or Master's fellowships are available for suitable applicants who are
+ \2 y( B' S1 d/ E- D% y" B- Nenthusiastic about research on Very Large Scale Integration (VLSI) systems
and circuits at Memorial University of Newfoundland, NL, Canada.
Potential projects are in areas of VLSI computer-aided design and analog/digital
integrated system/circuit design.

; B4 y! w/ S5 w6 h- k8 |The qualified applicants will meet the following conditions:
& m- R# G% K+ ^1 C; N(a) Master’s or B.S. degree, background in microelectronics, computer engineering, electronics, electrical engineering, computer science, or related areas.
(b) GPA 3.2/4.0 (80% if percentage grades used) or better.
+ O* ]' }$ f* Z# g! r1 X(c) TOEFL: paper-based score of 550 (or higher)/computer-based score of 213 (or higher).
(d) A keen interest in algorithm design or circuit/system design.
(e) A good team work player.
