7 `$ U3 I! ]  V- Ga) 须获得微电子技术、计算机工程、电子电气工程、计算机科学或相关领域的学士学位或硕士学位。
1 P6 H5 Q" F/ K: @5 k9 Bb) 平均成绩80分以上（百分制）
c) 托福成绩：笔试550分或以上，机试213分或以上
d) 对电路/系统设计或计算机程序设计有浓厚兴趣

Ph.D. or Master's fellowships are available for suitable applicants who are
1 s% u/ X% Q; a- B9 Y2 ~. Tenthusiastic about research on Very Large Scale Integration (VLSI) systems
: k% W: x" Q  e; d" L5 band circuits at Memorial University of Newfoundland, NL, Canada.
( y# z. U6 [1 p9 U; jPotential projects are in areas of VLSI computer-aided design and analog/digital
+ b* E5 U, b  |integrated system/circuit design.

The qualified applicants will meet the following conditions:
(a) Master’s or B.S. degree, background in microelectronics, computer engineering, electronics, electrical engineering, computer science, or related areas.
/ |3 T0 W' _6 p( z8 q(b) GPA 3.2/4.0 (80% if percentage grades used) or better.
" M& d. W0 h6 p7 L5 ^(c) TOEFL: paper-based score of 550 (or higher)/computer-based score of 213 (or higher).
(d) A keen interest in algorithm design or circuit/system design.
(e) A good team work player.
