d) 对电路/系统设计或计算机程序设计有浓厚兴趣

Graduate Fellowships

: S1 m) \- {9 qPh.D. or Master's fellowships are available for suitable applicants who are
! O1 J$ c8 M7 yenthusiastic about research on Very Large Scale Integration (VLSI) systems
& _8 U: m( _# O$ X/ Q( z2 _! Yand circuits at Memorial University of Newfoundland, NL, Canada.
Potential projects are in areas of VLSI computer-aided design and analog/digital
integrated system/circuit design.

) Q) P0 m' V: O5 LThe qualified applicants will meet the following conditions:
(a) Master’s or B.S. degree, background in microelectronics, computer engineering, electronics, electrical engineering, computer science, or related areas.
/ x$ Y+ D& y- F& Q0 r6 K2 p" ?(b) GPA 3.2/4.0 (80% if percentage grades used) or better.
(c) TOEFL: paper-based score of 550 (or higher)/computer-based score of 213 (or higher).
$ g3 \" O5 {. q4 ?; \(d) A keen interest in algorithm design or circuit/system design.
(e) A good team work player.
