研究领域： 超大规模集成电路(VLSI)计算机辅助设计，模拟及数字集成电路/系统设计

申请者应满足如下条件:

c) 托福成绩：笔试550分或以上，机试213分或以上
d) 对电路/系统设计或计算机程序设计有浓厚兴趣

Ph.D. or Master's fellowships are available for suitable applicants who are
! _5 s. K& J5 v9 n: |1 c  Renthusiastic about research on Very Large Scale Integration (VLSI) systems
: I/ b/ U* a6 l! _) s0 eand circuits at Memorial University of Newfoundland, NL, Canada.
Potential projects are in areas of VLSI computer-aided design and analog/digital
+ \4 n4 q- ?# E' _. Bintegrated system/circuit design.

, v0 b/ e% O3 D' f3 E6 CThe qualified applicants will meet the following conditions:
' d. }% }- m" w+ K! s: M(a) Master’s or B.S. degree, background in microelectronics, computer engineering, electronics, electrical engineering, computer science, or related areas.
1 e" s6 F( A* i+ N9 ?+ H(b) GPA 3.2/4.0 (80% if percentage grades used) or better.
(c) TOEFL: paper-based score of 550 (or higher)/computer-based score of 213 (or higher).
) l# q/ R0 P$ `" x3 s# A3 {(d) A keen interest in algorithm design or circuit/system design.
(e) A good team work player.
