申请者应满足如下条件:
( b9 U8 a# I8 G: m6 F* A, ?) V; Za) 须获得微电子技术、计算机工程、电子电气工程、计算机科学或相关领域的学士学位或硕士学位。
b) 平均成绩80分以上（百分制）
% F3 {; Z! i! g5 dc) 托福成绩：笔试550分或以上，机试213分或以上
  \; L9 ]" l% {: dd) 对电路/系统设计或计算机程序设计有浓厚兴趣
e) 有良好团队精神

Ph.D. or Master's fellowships are available for suitable applicants who are
1 h3 ]# z0 s5 r, p* `9 ~/ t6 m0 Genthusiastic about research on Very Large Scale Integration (VLSI) systems
$ A0 Z. m" Q9 r( U2 V: \and circuits at Memorial University of Newfoundland, NL, Canada.
  l- }. k; w% K, yPotential projects are in areas of VLSI computer-aided design and analog/digital
integrated system/circuit design.

) f, ?( u2 }8 ~! m/ Y! RThe qualified applicants will meet the following conditions:
(a) Master’s or B.S. degree, background in microelectronics, computer engineering, electronics, electrical engineering, computer science, or related areas.
) C; ^) {, z2 x5 }$ ](b) GPA 3.2/4.0 (80% if percentage grades used) or better.
(c) TOEFL: paper-based score of 550 (or higher)/computer-based score of 213 (or higher).
% y* ?; V) I$ S" W: T(d) A keen interest in algorithm design or circuit/system design.
(e) A good team work player.
