a) 须获得微电子技术、计算机工程、电子电气工程、计算机科学或相关领域的学士学位或硕士学位。
) W3 J- h3 o, E% g7 Ab) 平均成绩80分以上（百分制）
* ^7 P- F7 I) V3 ]) o, n8 Y( N( @c) 托福成绩：笔试550分或以上，机试213分或以上
d) 对电路/系统设计或计算机程序设计有浓厚兴趣
e) 有良好团队精神

Graduate Fellowships

! G/ C. m+ N0 J3 N$ N' U3 u; lPh.D. or Master's fellowships are available for suitable applicants who are
4 S# V5 E) d$ I: Y- Wenthusiastic about research on Very Large Scale Integration (VLSI) systems
8 _# }4 a* T0 c3 |/ Z. [and circuits at Memorial University of Newfoundland, NL, Canada.
7 G0 X1 d  T- B" ]# sPotential projects are in areas of VLSI computer-aided design and analog/digital
integrated system/circuit design.

The qualified applicants will meet the following conditions:
$ X8 S% f; _* l3 @2 H(a) Master’s or B.S. degree, background in microelectronics, computer engineering, electronics, electrical engineering, computer science, or related areas.
(b) GPA 3.2/4.0 (80% if percentage grades used) or better.
(c) TOEFL: paper-based score of 550 (or higher)/computer-based score of 213 (or higher).
(d) A keen interest in algorithm design or circuit/system design.
(e) A good team work player.
