申请者应满足如下条件:
a) 须获得微电子技术、计算机工程、电子电气工程、计算机科学或相关领域的学士学位或硕士学位。
b) 平均成绩80分以上（百分制）
$ _; F& ], O7 ^/ X/ m6 zc) 托福成绩：笔试550分或以上，机试213分或以上
d) 对电路/系统设计或计算机程序设计有浓厚兴趣
e) 有良好团队精神

我们欢迎有兴趣和意向者提出申请，对录取者提供全额奖学金。申请者需准备一份详细完整

Ph.D. or Master's fellowships are available for suitable applicants who are
enthusiastic about research on Very Large Scale Integration (VLSI) systems
. n' i' j% P) V0 u$ A, I$ kand circuits at Memorial University of Newfoundland, NL, Canada.
" ?8 r4 Q/ L( Z: R9 qPotential projects are in areas of VLSI computer-aided design and analog/digital

(a) Master’s or B.S. degree, background in microelectronics, computer engineering, electronics, electrical engineering, computer science, or related areas.
) S: n" O1 U9 a" Q' k6 |2 D* I(b) GPA 3.2/4.0 (80% if percentage grades used) or better.
(c) TOEFL: paper-based score of 550 (or higher)/computer-based score of 213 (or higher).
(d) A keen interest in algorithm design or circuit/system design.
