申请者应满足如下条件:

c) 托福成绩：笔试550分或以上，机试213分或以上
+ Y( W1 v, o* ^2 y; h5 S: g+ p3 Hd) 对电路/系统设计或计算机程序设计有浓厚兴趣
e) 有良好团队精神

1 s; z; f% h9 FPh.D. or Master's fellowships are available for suitable applicants who are
enthusiastic about research on Very Large Scale Integration (VLSI) systems
and circuits at Memorial University of Newfoundland, NL, Canada.
2 l; D; a% G% P. r' YPotential projects are in areas of VLSI computer-aided design and analog/digital
integrated system/circuit design.

, A8 y* p. t7 F3 ]: kThe qualified applicants will meet the following conditions:
* R' f5 o) n( L2 a(a) Master’s or B.S. degree, background in microelectronics, computer engineering, electronics, electrical engineering, computer science, or related areas.
1 `, M# h: K% @(b) GPA 3.2/4.0 (80% if percentage grades used) or better.
(c) TOEFL: paper-based score of 550 (or higher)/computer-based score of 213 (or higher).
(d) A keen interest in algorithm design or circuit/system design.
