a) 须获得微电子技术、计算机工程、电子电气工程、计算机科学或相关领域的学士学位或硕士学位。

c) 托福成绩：笔试550分或以上，机试213分或以上
0 d* K8 X$ A9 [5 c; cd) 对电路/系统设计或计算机程序设计有浓厚兴趣

Ph.D. or Master's fellowships are available for suitable applicants who are
enthusiastic about research on Very Large Scale Integration (VLSI) systems
2 S+ w/ a) ]# i, O6 Xand circuits at Memorial University of Newfoundland, NL, Canada.
Potential projects are in areas of VLSI computer-aided design and analog/digital
3 w. r: _% j% jintegrated system/circuit design.

3 {7 s  W, A# P7 x& pThe qualified applicants will meet the following conditions:
(a) Master’s or B.S. degree, background in microelectronics, computer engineering, electronics, electrical engineering, computer science, or related areas.
(b) GPA 3.2/4.0 (80% if percentage grades used) or better.
3 l+ N4 f) I/ F% S' ?$ {; P(c) TOEFL: paper-based score of 550 (or higher)/computer-based score of 213 (or higher).
- V6 Z1 @" q4 o! j: K6 Z+ k(d) A keen interest in algorithm design or circuit/system design.
