8 ~" Z2 V2 u; q: {' _Ph.D. or Master's fellowships are available for suitable applicants who are
enthusiastic about research on Very Large Scale Integration (VLSI) systems
and circuits at Memorial University of Newfoundland, NL, Canada.
  `- o4 B5 I; E) L1 v! ~2 gPotential projects are in areas of VLSI computer-aided design and analog/digital
integrated system/circuit design.

+ M1 l7 {  i. k' }! m6 zThe qualified applicants will meet the following conditions:
(a) Master’s or B.S. degree, background in microelectronics, computer engineering, electronics, electrical engineering, computer science, or related areas.
+ B0 u4 I) i) }- K) ^! r- w' W* t9 ^(b) GPA 3.2/4.0 (80% if percentage grades used) or better.
(c) TOEFL: paper-based score of 550 (or higher)/computer-based score of 213 (or higher).
