a) 须获得微电子技术、计算机工程、电子电气工程、计算机科学或相关领域的学士学位或硕士学位。

( T: K% w. L+ w. e7 Fc) 托福成绩：笔试550分或以上，机试213分或以上

Graduate Fellowships

/ M9 {" ~0 U5 MPh.D. or Master's fellowships are available for suitable applicants who are
+ v. d; [  l2 O) S8 e9 _enthusiastic about research on Very Large Scale Integration (VLSI) systems
& U* i; }/ N3 L  j3 i8 U% eand circuits at Memorial University of Newfoundland, NL, Canada.
7 x8 J9 S) {6 {Potential projects are in areas of VLSI computer-aided design and analog/digital
integrated system/circuit design.

( v! k$ r# @5 r( {The qualified applicants will meet the following conditions:
& v" y# D7 c* v( d(a) Master’s or B.S. degree, background in microelectronics, computer engineering, electronics, electrical engineering, computer science, or related areas.
1 q, L7 C/ c8 Z5 {5 F' g(b) GPA 3.2/4.0 (80% if percentage grades used) or better.
(c) TOEFL: paper-based score of 550 (or higher)/computer-based score of 213 (or higher).
(d) A keen interest in algorithm design or circuit/system design.
