  m5 b$ j7 s4 o1 q# d. h# Oa) 须获得微电子技术、计算机工程、电子电气工程、计算机科学或相关领域的学士学位或硕士学位。
b) 平均成绩80分以上（百分制）
c) 托福成绩：笔试550分或以上，机试213分或以上
; O; G. {. j9 h& @; j4 hd) 对电路/系统设计或计算机程序设计有浓厚兴趣
e) 有良好团队精神

Ph.D. or Master's fellowships are available for suitable applicants who are
! _% ~' T& w6 q: Menthusiastic about research on Very Large Scale Integration (VLSI) systems
and circuits at Memorial University of Newfoundland, NL, Canada.
Potential projects are in areas of VLSI computer-aided design and analog/digital
/ P% _5 I: p0 u( z+ x; ^1 Vintegrated system/circuit design.

  i; _; q! Q* j6 N( e& c; ~) dThe qualified applicants will meet the following conditions:
" O/ I. i4 c4 W& }' ^(a) Master’s or B.S. degree, background in microelectronics, computer engineering, electronics, electrical engineering, computer science, or related areas.
" E+ I4 G  m. T, s( O' g1 ^(b) GPA 3.2/4.0 (80% if percentage grades used) or better.
(c) TOEFL: paper-based score of 550 (or higher)/computer-based score of 213 (or higher).
(d) A keen interest in algorithm design or circuit/system design.
& P4 }$ R! h. W- ]; V+ S(e) A good team work player.
