申请者应满足如下条件:
a) 须获得微电子技术、计算机工程、电子电气工程、计算机科学或相关领域的学士学位或硕士学位。

% k2 C4 Z6 {3 k/ l8 y/ O- Yc) 托福成绩：笔试550分或以上，机试213分或以上
d) 对电路/系统设计或计算机程序设计有浓厚兴趣

2 p5 T- k* k  E6 l& L; f7 j( Q# |Ph.D. or Master's fellowships are available for suitable applicants who are
enthusiastic about research on Very Large Scale Integration (VLSI) systems
5 ]+ W7 C! Y1 L3 Tand circuits at Memorial University of Newfoundland, NL, Canada.
# Z: z" q, ^4 \, UPotential projects are in areas of VLSI computer-aided design and analog/digital
* m9 O9 z7 z. m- h3 [integrated system/circuit design.

) u' i% o/ D- YThe qualified applicants will meet the following conditions:
(a) Master’s or B.S. degree, background in microelectronics, computer engineering, electronics, electrical engineering, computer science, or related areas.
(b) GPA 3.2/4.0 (80% if percentage grades used) or better.
(c) TOEFL: paper-based score of 550 (or higher)/computer-based score of 213 (or higher).
3 O9 y5 ?6 h  h(d) A keen interest in algorithm design or circuit/system design.
(e) A good team work player.
