a) 须获得微电子技术、计算机工程、电子电气工程、计算机科学或相关领域的学士学位或硕士学位。
7 Z7 t8 }; ], z" T$ B6 D5 wb) 平均成绩80分以上（百分制）
8 N& d& _3 y5 b5 T$ t1 N% l$ pc) 托福成绩：笔试550分或以上，机试213分或以上
d) 对电路/系统设计或计算机程序设计有浓厚兴趣
e) 有良好团队精神

6 O2 M# b; H4 E: k4 b) zPh.D. or Master's fellowships are available for suitable applicants who are
. X5 q  @& M! s- {4 x3 y* `enthusiastic about research on Very Large Scale Integration (VLSI) systems
$ O& G. W0 e1 {0 g0 {and circuits at Memorial University of Newfoundland, NL, Canada.
Potential projects are in areas of VLSI computer-aided design and analog/digital
3 S( O! D& t: n  D: {% D. nintegrated system/circuit design.

  W1 w5 a0 l5 y" A, W2 x6 E/ s8 P- ^The qualified applicants will meet the following conditions:
(a) Master’s or B.S. degree, background in microelectronics, computer engineering, electronics, electrical engineering, computer science, or related areas.
(b) GPA 3.2/4.0 (80% if percentage grades used) or better.
(c) TOEFL: paper-based score of 550 (or higher)/computer-based score of 213 (or higher).
7 W# T. d* u2 L/ U! E4 I( T(d) A keen interest in algorithm design or circuit/system design.
(e) A good team work player.

Interested and highly motivated candidates are welcomed to apply. Tuition will be
fully waived and a competitive stipend will be offered. Please send a complete
