( F! B% V* i' `% K% }a) 须获得微电子技术、计算机工程、电子电气工程、计算机科学或相关领域的学士学位或硕士学位。
b) 平均成绩80分以上（百分制）
c) 托福成绩：笔试550分或以上，机试213分或以上
! ?' \. v+ E* V" C  @d) 对电路/系统设计或计算机程序设计有浓厚兴趣
e) 有良好团队精神

Graduate Fellowships

Ph.D. or Master's fellowships are available for suitable applicants who are
6 e, s9 ~5 V4 i4 z' Q& Menthusiastic about research on Very Large Scale Integration (VLSI) systems
and circuits at Memorial University of Newfoundland, NL, Canada.
Potential projects are in areas of VLSI computer-aided design and analog/digital
9 z; Z# y" p, r6 q- U5 Y, [- Yintegrated system/circuit design.

The qualified applicants will meet the following conditions:
. v  W5 |! H4 G(a) Master’s or B.S. degree, background in microelectronics, computer engineering, electronics, electrical engineering, computer science, or related areas.
% v3 i' B9 d3 N(b) GPA 3.2/4.0 (80% if percentage grades used) or better.
( a7 \- Z/ v+ k9 s7 u' g6 z$ ]/ b(c) TOEFL: paper-based score of 550 (or higher)/computer-based score of 213 (or higher).
8 {0 U/ s! v  v4 ?  n(d) A keen interest in algorithm design or circuit/system design.
