a) 须获得微电子技术、计算机工程、电子电气工程、计算机科学或相关领域的学士学位或硕士学位。

c) 托福成绩：笔试550分或以上，机试213分或以上

- \. T/ Q" `1 V" z2 S& nPh.D. or Master's fellowships are available for suitable applicants who are
2 b( I( R5 S) X$ x; Yenthusiastic about research on Very Large Scale Integration (VLSI) systems
; j$ ~0 C% \$ M9 C! a. rand circuits at Memorial University of Newfoundland, NL, Canada.
Potential projects are in areas of VLSI computer-aided design and analog/digital
integrated system/circuit design.

The qualified applicants will meet the following conditions:
(a) Master’s or B.S. degree, background in microelectronics, computer engineering, electronics, electrical engineering, computer science, or related areas.
$ s- K6 X: z: R8 w+ x2 t(b) GPA 3.2/4.0 (80% if percentage grades used) or better.
& r# Q" v& q& h* M- p7 q; e(c) TOEFL: paper-based score of 550 (or higher)/computer-based score of 213 (or higher).
(d) A keen interest in algorithm design or circuit/system design.
