a) 须获得微电子技术、计算机工程、电子电气工程、计算机科学或相关领域的学士学位或硕士学位。

7 c* d" R* M: f' Z/ \5 Mc) 托福成绩：笔试550分或以上，机试213分或以上
d) 对电路/系统设计或计算机程序设计有浓厚兴趣
e) 有良好团队精神

( m' @1 _$ s' U- c" Y( }! ^Ph.D. or Master's fellowships are available for suitable applicants who are
: y$ D9 {, K6 g: S1 J( jenthusiastic about research on Very Large Scale Integration (VLSI) systems
) m7 M, f% \. dand circuits at Memorial University of Newfoundland, NL, Canada.
Potential projects are in areas of VLSI computer-aided design and analog/digital
integrated system/circuit design.

The qualified applicants will meet the following conditions:
$ `- q6 P1 \5 L  {4 L& a(a) Master’s or B.S. degree, background in microelectronics, computer engineering, electronics, electrical engineering, computer science, or related areas.
9 x9 S1 f" o0 I& [+ V. S  k9 {(b) GPA 3.2/4.0 (80% if percentage grades used) or better.
; e$ E" |. B& m" e6 Z5 ~) }: N(c) TOEFL: paper-based score of 550 (or higher)/computer-based score of 213 (or higher).
" M" `( g' J2 i9 _(d) A keen interest in algorithm design or circuit/system design.
