Ph.D. or Master's fellowships are available for suitable applicants who are
enthusiastic about research on Very Large Scale Integration (VLSI) systems
and circuits at Memorial University of Newfoundland, NL, Canada.
% C3 B: C4 e* z2 E. ~1 h; i$ APotential projects are in areas of VLSI computer-aided design and analog/digital
# B' g: u; U  V4 K& V' Z: Cintegrated system/circuit design.

$ N  R* p, q( q# _  o. Y# PThe qualified applicants will meet the following conditions:
(a) Master’s or B.S. degree, background in microelectronics, computer engineering, electronics, electrical engineering, computer science, or related areas.
  A  ^8 {. p7 X+ L5 X- W  I(b) GPA 3.2/4.0 (80% if percentage grades used) or better.
/ Q) |9 ]( E! @6 I+ l(c) TOEFL: paper-based score of 550 (or higher)/computer-based score of 213 (or higher).
# t! o- E+ w  S(d) A keen interest in algorithm design or circuit/system design.
(e) A good team work player.
