a) 须获得微电子技术、计算机工程、电子电气工程、计算机科学或相关领域的学士学位或硕士学位。
b) 平均成绩80分以上（百分制）
c) 托福成绩：笔试550分或以上，机试213分或以上
d) 对电路/系统设计或计算机程序设计有浓厚兴趣
e) 有良好团队精神

Graduate Fellowships

Ph.D. or Master's fellowships are available for suitable applicants who are
enthusiastic about research on Very Large Scale Integration (VLSI) systems
( i2 M) F- U: C( band circuits at Memorial University of Newfoundland, NL, Canada.
Potential projects are in areas of VLSI computer-aided design and analog/digital
# e2 W8 ]8 ~! n! vintegrated system/circuit design.
$ W1 W- J4 U1 R; [4 {/ }3 ^  S
The qualified applicants will meet the following conditions:
(a) Master’s or B.S. degree, background in microelectronics, computer engineering, electronics, electrical engineering, computer science, or related areas.
2 |3 U( Q$ ^! @& ^/ g" H, h1 }(b) GPA 3.2/4.0 (80% if percentage grades used) or better.
, l4 o% Y) v5 }( p; [4 W(c) TOEFL: paper-based score of 550 (or higher)/computer-based score of 213 (or higher).
5 r. n; e9 {( x: l  h' l$ }(d) A keen interest in algorithm design or circuit/system design.
(e) A good team work player.
