Ph.D. or Master's fellowships are available for suitable applicants who are

and circuits at Memorial University of Newfoundland, NL, Canada.
5 c3 P: u, G9 U( |+ j3 rPotential projects are in areas of VLSI computer-aided design and analog/digital

The qualified applicants will meet the following conditions:
6 y7 o9 {( W$ Q% X0 @6 x4 h2 M(a) Master’s or B.S. degree, background in microelectronics, computer engineering, electronics, electrical engineering, computer science, or related areas.# m! j& n p& [5 g7 o
(b) GPA 3.2/4.0 (80% if percentage grades used) or better.+ u5 v( T l6 Z; t: \
(c) TOEFL: paper-based score of 550 (or higher)/computer-based score of 213 (or higher).
7 \8 G4 \" f8 ~0 Y(d) A keen interest in algorithm design or circuit/system design.3 T0 w+ [$ u% O2 f: o/ \9 v( O7 q
(e) A good team work player.
