研究领域： 超大规模集成电路(VLSI)计算机辅助设计，模拟及数字集成电路/系统设计

申请者应满足如下条件:
$ p! [; C6 ~7 D  B1 q9 U/ wa) 须获得微电子技术、计算机工程、电子电气工程、计算机科学或相关领域的学士学位或硕士学位。
5 {% \4 A* R: p$ ?( Sb) 平均成绩80分以上（百分制）
/ S  L( D$ C5 e* ?& p! n& wc) 托福成绩：笔试550分或以上，机试213分或以上
d) 对电路/系统设计或计算机程序设计有浓厚兴趣
e) 有良好团队精神

. x% Y- A% Q0 W5 Genthusiastic about research on Very Large Scale Integration (VLSI) systems
and circuits at Memorial University of Newfoundland, NL, Canada.
9 \6 A7 Z5 K/ t0 C4 H0 QPotential projects are in areas of VLSI computer-aided design and analog/digital
integrated system/circuit design.

* R2 O$ t% k1 p  a- @The qualified applicants will meet the following conditions:
+ R4 p; U1 |) X8 m(a) Master’s or B.S. degree, background in microelectronics, computer engineering, electronics, electrical engineering, computer science, or related areas.
8 F9 f! x4 l7 ?# c" X(b) GPA 3.2/4.0 (80% if percentage grades used) or better.
6 ^& ^0 o: n1 B(c) TOEFL: paper-based score of 550 (or higher)/computer-based score of 213 (or higher).
( N3 w0 `7 ^# Y! y(d) A keen interest in algorithm design or circuit/system design.
(e) A good team work player.

Interested and highly motivated candidates are welcomed to apply. Tuition will be
fully waived and a competitive stipend will be offered. Please send a complete
