申请者应满足如下条件:
a) 须获得微电子技术、计算机工程、电子电气工程、计算机科学或相关领域的学士学位或硕士学位。
b) 平均成绩80分以上（百分制）
4 l) W9 ?3 [5 W" y0 Z+ z% tc) 托福成绩：笔试550分或以上，机试213分或以上
d) 对电路/系统设计或计算机程序设计有浓厚兴趣
. t; u8 |. D0 O4 X; ue) 有良好团队精神

Graduate Fellowships

Ph.D. or Master's fellowships are available for suitable applicants who are
! x" F' K( w( ~9 p5 fenthusiastic about research on Very Large Scale Integration (VLSI) systems
6 x: H2 Y/ O2 q8 land circuits at Memorial University of Newfoundland, NL, Canada.
- l6 R! E6 K+ ?Potential projects are in areas of VLSI computer-aided design and analog/digital
integrated system/circuit design.

The qualified applicants will meet the following conditions:
6 t/ Q$ i$ r1 u8 w* n7 g(a) Master’s or B.S. degree, background in microelectronics, computer engineering, electronics, electrical engineering, computer science, or related areas.
(b) GPA 3.2/4.0 (80% if percentage grades used) or better.
  I# F: m( @5 Z9 l(c) TOEFL: paper-based score of 550 (or higher)/computer-based score of 213 (or higher).
$ V# D2 A) q/ O# K1 O(d) A keen interest in algorithm design or circuit/system design.
; V" {9 c9 j7 F(e) A good team work player.
