申请者应满足如下条件:

b) 平均成绩80分以上（百分制）
/ q& Z0 {6 J# [4 dc) 托福成绩：笔试550分或以上，机试213分或以上
d) 对电路/系统设计或计算机程序设计有浓厚兴趣

1 e/ N2 i/ u5 z5 c8 w6 b, SPh.D. or Master's fellowships are available for suitable applicants who are
/ Q* w& d! I) F8 P+ Wenthusiastic about research on Very Large Scale Integration (VLSI) systems
& ]% n  d% s: `, h8 j; R) vand circuits at Memorial University of Newfoundland, NL, Canada.
Potential projects are in areas of VLSI computer-aided design and analog/digital
integrated system/circuit design.

The qualified applicants will meet the following conditions:
(a) Master’s or B.S. degree, background in microelectronics, computer engineering, electronics, electrical engineering, computer science, or related areas.
(b) GPA 3.2/4.0 (80% if percentage grades used) or better.
(c) TOEFL: paper-based score of 550 (or higher)/computer-based score of 213 (or higher).

(e) A good team work player.
