Ph.D. or Master's fellowships are available for suitable applicants who are

and circuits at Memorial University of Newfoundland, NL, Canada.

The qualified applicants will meet the following conditions:9 `; G) }1 C; t- r$ u2 A
(a) Master’s or B.S. degree, background in microelectronics, computer engineering, electronics, electrical engineering, computer science, or related areas.
. N: l/ H/ C9 v w9 D6 n1 T; R(b) GPA 3.2/4.0 (80% if percentage grades used) or better.
3 ?* w) |7 u! u1 k3 o(c) TOEFL: paper-based score of 550 (or higher)/computer-based score of 213 (or higher).% p$ v3 |( v5 i) h2 w
(d) A keen interest in algorithm design or circuit/system design.
