申请者应满足如下条件:
a) 须获得微电子技术、计算机工程、电子电气工程、计算机科学或相关领域的学士学位或硕士学位。
9 F4 T6 m9 @" @& }  Z; E# m' ob) 平均成绩80分以上（百分制）
7 W, i- m; M. j! u1 Ic) 托福成绩：笔试550分或以上，机试213分或以上
d) 对电路/系统设计或计算机程序设计有浓厚兴趣
e) 有良好团队精神

6 ~- w8 F( y* @! X$ H! s3 `4 E0 WPh.D. or Master's fellowships are available for suitable applicants who are
) e! x6 `. V/ Jenthusiastic about research on Very Large Scale Integration (VLSI) systems
and circuits at Memorial University of Newfoundland, NL, Canada.
Potential projects are in areas of VLSI computer-aided design and analog/digital
- f1 j1 \8 R. K2 nintegrated system/circuit design.

The qualified applicants will meet the following conditions:
# _2 M' K% X- Q9 f7 {5 T8 _(a) Master’s or B.S. degree, background in microelectronics, computer engineering, electronics, electrical engineering, computer science, or related areas.
(b) GPA 3.2/4.0 (80% if percentage grades used) or better.
* G6 A" A: \/ i6 y3 t( L(c) TOEFL: paper-based score of 550 (or higher)/computer-based score of 213 (or higher).
* `+ m( s2 |( }7 P- U$ z' _/ z(d) A keen interest in algorithm design or circuit/system design.
  r. ~& v! g+ D- ?7 _5 N- I(e) A good team work player.
