c) 托福成绩：笔试550分或以上，机试213分或以上
d) 对电路/系统设计或计算机程序设计有浓厚兴趣

4 n$ n# k3 A2 K( t4 }% O& ]Ph.D. or Master's fellowships are available for suitable applicants who are
1 U. t3 w! u4 Y) `" h) L, Ienthusiastic about research on Very Large Scale Integration (VLSI) systems
and circuits at Memorial University of Newfoundland, NL, Canada.
3 x# U  |& m& c4 r* ?Potential projects are in areas of VLSI computer-aided design and analog/digital
7 j& E+ K* B4 g  g5 `) `integrated system/circuit design.

The qualified applicants will meet the following conditions:
(a) Master’s or B.S. degree, background in microelectronics, computer engineering, electronics, electrical engineering, computer science, or related areas.
5 W3 |, i! a- z4 C) q$ s; U(b) GPA 3.2/4.0 (80% if percentage grades used) or better.
(c) TOEFL: paper-based score of 550 (or higher)/computer-based score of 213 (or higher).
(d) A keen interest in algorithm design or circuit/system design.
! n* i0 a) `9 }* w(e) A good team work player.
