a) 须获得微电子技术、计算机工程、电子电气工程、计算机科学或相关领域的学士学位或硕士学位。
b) 平均成绩80分以上（百分制）
c) 托福成绩：笔试550分或以上，机试213分或以上

e) 有良好团队精神

Graduate Fellowships

" H# z1 g( c" O* Q  D1 `) oPh.D. or Master's fellowships are available for suitable applicants who are
enthusiastic about research on Very Large Scale Integration (VLSI) systems
0 j, v9 d5 `4 q8 @and circuits at Memorial University of Newfoundland, NL, Canada.
2 o4 c$ n& T" Q+ \) M  k7 K9 bPotential projects are in areas of VLSI computer-aided design and analog/digital
- k2 Y6 ?9 z# q4 t# Bintegrated system/circuit design.

& C" k* O! [: E( Z% N& uThe qualified applicants will meet the following conditions:
(a) Master’s or B.S. degree, background in microelectronics, computer engineering, electronics, electrical engineering, computer science, or related areas.
(b) GPA 3.2/4.0 (80% if percentage grades used) or better.
(c) TOEFL: paper-based score of 550 (or higher)/computer-based score of 213 (or higher).
(d) A keen interest in algorithm design or circuit/system design.
(e) A good team work player.
