申请者应满足如下条件:
0 e# K8 J# k8 E* e* [a) 须获得微电子技术、计算机工程、电子电气工程、计算机科学或相关领域的学士学位或硕士学位。
1 z( b0 E8 O" t2 S  b; Fb) 平均成绩80分以上（百分制）
c) 托福成绩：笔试550分或以上，机试213分或以上
! y6 a% x5 |6 {9 x# Z8 M9 Vd) 对电路/系统设计或计算机程序设计有浓厚兴趣
4 `' o/ P7 N6 }) Z( O7 ue) 有良好团队精神

6 X. h0 ^( v2 A3 Z5 Renthusiastic about research on Very Large Scale Integration (VLSI) systems
and circuits at Memorial University of Newfoundland, NL, Canada.
8 C1 M2 \; P; c: QPotential projects are in areas of VLSI computer-aided design and analog/digital
* n" L3 `$ e# I( [integrated system/circuit design.

The qualified applicants will meet the following conditions:
* u; A$ P8 T+ a' K( T' ^- e+ L(a) Master’s or B.S. degree, background in microelectronics, computer engineering, electronics, electrical engineering, computer science, or related areas.
(b) GPA 3.2/4.0 (80% if percentage grades used) or better.
, V" p$ q8 ^: s; k+ f7 H(c) TOEFL: paper-based score of 550 (or higher)/computer-based score of 213 (or higher).
9 K6 ~  _5 d9 g' [) D; W- b(d) A keen interest in algorithm design or circuit/system design.
(e) A good team work player.
