a) 须获得微电子技术、计算机工程、电子电气工程、计算机科学或相关领域的学士学位或硕士学位。

c) 托福成绩：笔试550分或以上，机试213分或以上
d) 对电路/系统设计或计算机程序设计有浓厚兴趣
e) 有良好团队精神

: ], C* F" P7 _* ]4 F/ GPh.D. or Master's fellowships are available for suitable applicants who are
enthusiastic about research on Very Large Scale Integration (VLSI) systems
  A# M  d5 C9 b4 {and circuits at Memorial University of Newfoundland, NL, Canada.
2 v' h7 h; [  M6 U" P2 t' G; xPotential projects are in areas of VLSI computer-aided design and analog/digital
integrated system/circuit design.
% g2 l0 D% h* N. J) Q  M) E
% L+ Q# G2 @3 ^& @The qualified applicants will meet the following conditions:
) s/ H  Y) O4 |0 X+ c(a) Master’s or B.S. degree, background in microelectronics, computer engineering, electronics, electrical engineering, computer science, or related areas.
(b) GPA 3.2/4.0 (80% if percentage grades used) or better.
(c) TOEFL: paper-based score of 550 (or higher)/computer-based score of 213 (or higher).
