The qualified applicants will meet the following conditions:

(b) GPA 3.2/4.0 (80% if percentage grades used) or better.3 z6 _' I5 [# r' r8 E
(c) TOEFL: paper-based score of 550 (or higher)/computer-based score of 213 (or higher).3 L8 p W1 l9 v( ]# L6 d- L" o" ~3 V
(d) A keen interest in algorithm design or circuit/system design.& s2 m, b" X5 }! E
