b) 平均成绩80分以上（百分制）
% A0 F6 ~) K- ~3 j7 a& Q7 h9 Gc) 托福成绩：笔试550分或以上，机试213分或以上
$ R9 L3 S* }1 c+ pd) 对电路/系统设计或计算机程序设计有浓厚兴趣

Graduate Fellowships

7 C% Z% T1 l* ?5 _( UPh.D. or Master's fellowships are available for suitable applicants who are
( |( v/ a1 K; H9 g) O/ Menthusiastic about research on Very Large Scale Integration (VLSI) systems
( V3 F& a* N  r- |! y$ m% Tand circuits at Memorial University of Newfoundland, NL, Canada.
Potential projects are in areas of VLSI computer-aided design and analog/digital
5 r$ {+ S3 R1 A6 @% Z4 j. rintegrated system/circuit design.

4 j& }5 e7 P$ Y/ G3 L" W% L5 yThe qualified applicants will meet the following conditions:
(a) Master’s or B.S. degree, background in microelectronics, computer engineering, electronics, electrical engineering, computer science, or related areas.
(b) GPA 3.2/4.0 (80% if percentage grades used) or better.
, ]% }5 k4 z0 R3 U( E5 c" D(c) TOEFL: paper-based score of 550 (or higher)/computer-based score of 213 (or higher).
(d) A keen interest in algorithm design or circuit/system design.
