a) 须获得微电子技术、计算机工程、电子电气工程、计算机科学或相关领域的学士学位或硕士学位。

c) 托福成绩：笔试550分或以上，机试213分或以上
d) 对电路/系统设计或计算机程序设计有浓厚兴趣

5 V- ?5 Q0 `3 u; I$ L" Centhusiastic about research on Very Large Scale Integration (VLSI) systems
; d/ u1 u( s( j) p1 O' \: I5 Xand circuits at Memorial University of Newfoundland, NL, Canada.
Potential projects are in areas of VLSI computer-aided design and analog/digital
7 z( `1 C# u* ~2 h# J5 u! I. H: Qintegrated system/circuit design.

$ ^" y* o, L9 [The qualified applicants will meet the following conditions:
( a5 A3 O6 Z3 g, F. H4 U0 j3 ^(a) Master’s or B.S. degree, background in microelectronics, computer engineering, electronics, electrical engineering, computer science, or related areas.
/ k7 [) p- j4 I# @! A(b) GPA 3.2/4.0 (80% if percentage grades used) or better.
(c) TOEFL: paper-based score of 550 (or higher)/computer-based score of 213 (or higher).
(d) A keen interest in algorithm design or circuit/system design.
