申请者应满足如下条件:
a) 须获得微电子技术、计算机工程、电子电气工程、计算机科学或相关领域的学士学位或硕士学位。
b) 平均成绩80分以上（百分制）

d) 对电路/系统设计或计算机程序设计有浓厚兴趣

Ph.D. or Master's fellowships are available for suitable applicants who are
enthusiastic about research on Very Large Scale Integration (VLSI) systems
4 {# G  P/ R: [* n; Gand circuits at Memorial University of Newfoundland, NL, Canada.
/ |: _$ |2 _" X5 P( kPotential projects are in areas of VLSI computer-aided design and analog/digital
integrated system/circuit design.

2 ]4 T5 `. N& q0 c8 l0 n# _/ _# o. C4 MThe qualified applicants will meet the following conditions:
(a) Master’s or B.S. degree, background in microelectronics, computer engineering, electronics, electrical engineering, computer science, or related areas.
% P" Q, T2 m5 O) h+ t) Z$ ?(b) GPA 3.2/4.0 (80% if percentage grades used) or better.
(c) TOEFL: paper-based score of 550 (or higher)/computer-based score of 213 (or higher).
(d) A keen interest in algorithm design or circuit/system design.
