a) 须获得微电子技术、计算机工程、电子电气工程、计算机科学或相关领域的学士学位或硕士学位。
b) 平均成绩80分以上（百分制）
c) 托福成绩：笔试550分或以上，机试213分或以上
d) 对电路/系统设计或计算机程序设计有浓厚兴趣

Ph.D. or Master's fellowships are available for suitable applicants who are
' R' J* K2 H( ?7 [enthusiastic about research on Very Large Scale Integration (VLSI) systems
; i7 e. c" V+ U2 m9 [and circuits at Memorial University of Newfoundland, NL, Canada.
Potential projects are in areas of VLSI computer-aided design and analog/digital
integrated system/circuit design.

) x+ u* \2 e, j, PThe qualified applicants will meet the following conditions:
* z6 V% f6 V8 e) e2 n(a) Master’s or B.S. degree, background in microelectronics, computer engineering, electronics, electrical engineering, computer science, or related areas.
(b) GPA 3.2/4.0 (80% if percentage grades used) or better.
(c) TOEFL: paper-based score of 550 (or higher)/computer-based score of 213 (or higher).
* q; \# h9 [3 d7 z% A! g(d) A keen interest in algorithm design or circuit/system design.
(e) A good team work player.
