申请者应满足如下条件:
# W( _/ C9 K  ~8 R9 }4 oa) 须获得微电子技术、计算机工程、电子电气工程、计算机科学或相关领域的学士学位或硕士学位。
. H! @0 S, i& j2 {! e+ [8 [b) 平均成绩80分以上（百分制）
c) 托福成绩：笔试550分或以上，机试213分或以上
d) 对电路/系统设计或计算机程序设计有浓厚兴趣
e) 有良好团队精神

Ph.D. or Master's fellowships are available for suitable applicants who are
2 c* Z. }4 w' wenthusiastic about research on Very Large Scale Integration (VLSI) systems
and circuits at Memorial University of Newfoundland, NL, Canada.
( u' B, M) d/ H" }% w. L1 `9 V0 fPotential projects are in areas of VLSI computer-aided design and analog/digital
# t& Y: E3 j9 R+ x! l- m3 H1 hintegrated system/circuit design.

+ ?# y, x; L0 ^; ]The qualified applicants will meet the following conditions:
(a) Master’s or B.S. degree, background in microelectronics, computer engineering, electronics, electrical engineering, computer science, or related areas.
(b) GPA 3.2/4.0 (80% if percentage grades used) or better.
& q5 ^4 O& m  Z(c) TOEFL: paper-based score of 550 (or higher)/computer-based score of 213 (or higher).
(d) A keen interest in algorithm design or circuit/system design.
(e) A good team work player.
