申请者应满足如下条件:
$ a9 h: t5 ^. ~0 ]6 O$ _2 m/ wa) 须获得微电子技术、计算机工程、电子电气工程、计算机科学或相关领域的学士学位或硕士学位。
" s' A8 ?( |  S3 I) Ub) 平均成绩80分以上（百分制）
c) 托福成绩：笔试550分或以上，机试213分或以上
d) 对电路/系统设计或计算机程序设计有浓厚兴趣
e) 有良好团队精神

' L4 }; J" p. p; }$ r; B& Zenthusiastic about research on Very Large Scale Integration (VLSI) systems
8 f9 H; h% l3 c! B  Fand circuits at Memorial University of Newfoundland, NL, Canada.
! M& A5 D$ f  l8 ?- M+ r' g* g9 qPotential projects are in areas of VLSI computer-aided design and analog/digital
integrated system/circuit design.

The qualified applicants will meet the following conditions:
(a) Master’s or B.S. degree, background in microelectronics, computer engineering, electronics, electrical engineering, computer science, or related areas.
(b) GPA 3.2/4.0 (80% if percentage grades used) or better.
(c) TOEFL: paper-based score of 550 (or higher)/computer-based score of 213 (or higher).
(d) A keen interest in algorithm design or circuit/system design.
