a) 须获得微电子技术、计算机工程、电子电气工程、计算机科学或相关领域的学士学位或硕士学位。

2 _4 f! G9 t) J: }5 Oc) 托福成绩：笔试550分或以上，机试213分或以上

Ph.D. or Master's fellowships are available for suitable applicants who are
4 K0 y" b; w5 I/ @0 c9 Zenthusiastic about research on Very Large Scale Integration (VLSI) systems
and circuits at Memorial University of Newfoundland, NL, Canada.
6 F6 f/ d8 P- [" K( b. uPotential projects are in areas of VLSI computer-aided design and analog/digital
integrated system/circuit design.

5 P' W5 f4 _: m8 jThe qualified applicants will meet the following conditions:
; V$ h! E: v* v1 l1 f/ `7 [(a) Master’s or B.S. degree, background in microelectronics, computer engineering, electronics, electrical engineering, computer science, or related areas.
/ q& q3 H# U$ ^1 c1 z. M3 Z(b) GPA 3.2/4.0 (80% if percentage grades used) or better.
! u7 j; e/ ?9 ^& ]. u* `# V9 t(c) TOEFL: paper-based score of 550 (or higher)/computer-based score of 213 (or higher).
3 {3 [8 O$ \* z" [9 e' W(d) A keen interest in algorithm design or circuit/system design.
