a) 须获得微电子技术、计算机工程、电子电气工程、计算机科学或相关领域的学士学位或硕士学位。

d) 对电路/系统设计或计算机程序设计有浓厚兴趣

Graduate Fellowships

Ph.D. or Master's fellowships are available for suitable applicants who are
enthusiastic about research on Very Large Scale Integration (VLSI) systems
( x, m( @' g" H7 _/ e$ B" nand circuits at Memorial University of Newfoundland, NL, Canada.
Potential projects are in areas of VLSI computer-aided design and analog/digital
& {" H% h2 o9 S' \3 X3 a- Lintegrated system/circuit design.

The qualified applicants will meet the following conditions:
) D7 {9 `. M+ L' k(a) Master’s or B.S. degree, background in microelectronics, computer engineering, electronics, electrical engineering, computer science, or related areas.
(b) GPA 3.2/4.0 (80% if percentage grades used) or better.
(c) TOEFL: paper-based score of 550 (or higher)/computer-based score of 213 (or higher).
; x* @& x2 e; h2 K4 m0 U5 o6 j% H" X(d) A keen interest in algorithm design or circuit/system design.
(e) A good team work player.
