The qualified applicants will meet the following conditions:
5 d2 [3 C( w0 P(a) Master’s or B.S. degree, background in microelectronics, computer engineering, electronics, electrical engineering, computer science, or related areas.8 W2 o; M* H8 o8 |% a& W
(b) GPA 3.2/4.0 (80% if percentage grades used) or better.. W1 B8 m8 y6 h3 R
(c) TOEFL: paper-based score of 550 (or higher)/computer-based score of 213 (or higher).
