c) 托福成绩：笔试550分或以上，机试213分或以上
d) 对电路/系统设计或计算机程序设计有浓厚兴趣

Ph.D. or Master's fellowships are available for suitable applicants who are
enthusiastic about research on Very Large Scale Integration (VLSI) systems
3 [" g& G+ \& v' \* O( aand circuits at Memorial University of Newfoundland, NL, Canada.
Potential projects are in areas of VLSI computer-aided design and analog/digital
integrated system/circuit design.

# ]" y- B" @$ ]2 i4 FThe qualified applicants will meet the following conditions:
9 H& T9 ]/ j1 P) A(a) Master’s or B.S. degree, background in microelectronics, computer engineering, electronics, electrical engineering, computer science, or related areas.
  y1 i" M4 B3 a+ U(b) GPA 3.2/4.0 (80% if percentage grades used) or better.
% {+ r/ f9 Z+ s5 P& M(c) TOEFL: paper-based score of 550 (or higher)/computer-based score of 213 (or higher).
  |8 y6 Z1 F& k5 R4 n(d) A keen interest in algorithm design or circuit/system design.
(e) A good team work player.
