b) 平均成绩80分以上（百分制）

d) 对电路/系统设计或计算机程序设计有浓厚兴趣
e) 有良好团队精神

Ph.D. or Master's fellowships are available for suitable applicants who are
7 J" @5 a3 F# [: z' Senthusiastic about research on Very Large Scale Integration (VLSI) systems
' _* V+ n: E% C6 x/ X' _and circuits at Memorial University of Newfoundland, NL, Canada.
- U4 K$ d( J' ?" J/ K& s. g7 XPotential projects are in areas of VLSI computer-aided design and analog/digital
3 L6 R; H2 x/ ~integrated system/circuit design.

7 E5 a" L, Q- ~( v* T( J+ _The qualified applicants will meet the following conditions:
3 m5 A0 o# d, ^* t/ y) L(a) Master’s or B.S. degree, background in microelectronics, computer engineering, electronics, electrical engineering, computer science, or related areas.
(b) GPA 3.2/4.0 (80% if percentage grades used) or better.
(c) TOEFL: paper-based score of 550 (or higher)/computer-based score of 213 (or higher).
(d) A keen interest in algorithm design or circuit/system design.
(e) A good team work player.
