a) 须获得微电子技术、计算机工程、电子电气工程、计算机科学或相关领域的学士学位或硕士学位。
b) 平均成绩80分以上（百分制）
c) 托福成绩：笔试550分或以上，机试213分或以上
d) 对电路/系统设计或计算机程序设计有浓厚兴趣
e) 有良好团队精神

Ph.D. or Master's fellowships are available for suitable applicants who are
  H6 k" W6 v9 h% `0 Jenthusiastic about research on Very Large Scale Integration (VLSI) systems
3 g, F- R) h7 B3 G5 g. _3 I! ]and circuits at Memorial University of Newfoundland, NL, Canada.
( j) o' F! s8 j9 r* E  ^7 }  |1 x# gPotential projects are in areas of VLSI computer-aided design and analog/digital
/ V! O' h4 b. |integrated system/circuit design.

1 }2 T" |$ s$ O4 HThe qualified applicants will meet the following conditions:
: [  b  C8 {& I6 @  [8 Y(a) Master’s or B.S. degree, background in microelectronics, computer engineering, electronics, electrical engineering, computer science, or related areas.
, q# ?; B: a8 d: Z0 |' c) Y(b) GPA 3.2/4.0 (80% if percentage grades used) or better.
(c) TOEFL: paper-based score of 550 (or higher)/computer-based score of 213 (or higher).
(d) A keen interest in algorithm design or circuit/system design.
(e) A good team work player.
