申请者应满足如下条件:
a) 须获得微电子技术、计算机工程、电子电气工程、计算机科学或相关领域的学士学位或硕士学位。
* k- N# I! j5 h2 \% |, xb) 平均成绩80分以上（百分制）
c) 托福成绩：笔试550分或以上，机试213分或以上
  }5 {# j" T! W+ }. C- Qd) 对电路/系统设计或计算机程序设计有浓厚兴趣
e) 有良好团队精神

Ph.D. or Master's fellowships are available for suitable applicants who are
" ?& a2 H$ q1 kenthusiastic about research on Very Large Scale Integration (VLSI) systems
8 {; K# Q7 i1 m# C+ t. Tand circuits at Memorial University of Newfoundland, NL, Canada.
# b5 W2 e2 D1 c1 J2 F* d) f+ YPotential projects are in areas of VLSI computer-aided design and analog/digital
integrated system/circuit design.

6 Q7 w* |6 J: i5 HThe qualified applicants will meet the following conditions:
(a) Master’s or B.S. degree, background in microelectronics, computer engineering, electronics, electrical engineering, computer science, or related areas.
(b) GPA 3.2/4.0 (80% if percentage grades used) or better.
0 z; b4 i5 q4 x6 m/ o+ U(c) TOEFL: paper-based score of 550 (or higher)/computer-based score of 213 (or higher).
0 r- W) v# @; w' [$ L6 W(d) A keen interest in algorithm design or circuit/system design.
(e) A good team work player.

3 v- j9 l) x& Z5 e" b+ x2 lInterested and highly motivated candidates are welcomed to apply. Tuition will be
fully waived and a competitive stipend will be offered. Please send a complete
