b) 平均成绩80分以上（百分制）
c) 托福成绩：笔试550分或以上，机试213分或以上

enthusiastic about research on Very Large Scale Integration (VLSI) systems
+ O9 O* E! ?* Nand circuits at Memorial University of Newfoundland, NL, Canada.
5 S  v: I3 l3 R- s  ~8 WPotential projects are in areas of VLSI computer-aided design and analog/digital
integrated system/circuit design.

The qualified applicants will meet the following conditions:
) _# I, R7 D! J- D(a) Master’s or B.S. degree, background in microelectronics, computer engineering, electronics, electrical engineering, computer science, or related areas.
4 c3 `/ m9 x. Z4 D' G( i/ V7 K: q(b) GPA 3.2/4.0 (80% if percentage grades used) or better.
2 b* t$ @5 S* s; ^! r% W  n. D- |(c) TOEFL: paper-based score of 550 (or higher)/computer-based score of 213 (or higher).
