申请者应满足如下条件:
a) 须获得微电子技术、计算机工程、电子电气工程、计算机科学或相关领域的学士学位或硕士学位。
b) 平均成绩80分以上（百分制）
& V! r( E" j' w) Cc) 托福成绩：笔试550分或以上，机试213分或以上
d) 对电路/系统设计或计算机程序设计有浓厚兴趣
% p" o' j0 E6 P* ?e) 有良好团队精神

Ph.D. or Master's fellowships are available for suitable applicants who are
/ o, e' Z/ ]' v5 K4 j/ d6 w3 `enthusiastic about research on Very Large Scale Integration (VLSI) systems
and circuits at Memorial University of Newfoundland, NL, Canada.
$ }8 i0 C+ Z4 Z& VPotential projects are in areas of VLSI computer-aided design and analog/digital
8 \+ N. G/ q* F0 k: i5 I8 X' i9 wintegrated system/circuit design.

2 H# d8 B6 t6 {8 }: ]' ^! Y8 LThe qualified applicants will meet the following conditions:
# t8 B3 d- s6 w4 d0 I  S6 B(a) Master’s or B.S. degree, background in microelectronics, computer engineering, electronics, electrical engineering, computer science, or related areas.
(b) GPA 3.2/4.0 (80% if percentage grades used) or better.
; C: k  E+ |) @8 R4 I(c) TOEFL: paper-based score of 550 (or higher)/computer-based score of 213 (or higher).
8 p$ r( c9 X9 n% |5 F& m& Q9 s(d) A keen interest in algorithm design or circuit/system design.
1 _% V; t# u% D% u1 ~, [; N(e) A good team work player.
