a) 须获得微电子技术、计算机工程、电子电气工程、计算机科学或相关领域的学士学位或硕士学位。
b) 平均成绩80分以上（百分制）
c) 托福成绩：笔试550分或以上，机试213分或以上
d) 对电路/系统设计或计算机程序设计有浓厚兴趣

Graduate Fellowships

Ph.D. or Master's fellowships are available for suitable applicants who are
1 ?( B1 b/ A. G% z4 }' r. J5 Genthusiastic about research on Very Large Scale Integration (VLSI) systems
( _! i( N6 p  s) rand circuits at Memorial University of Newfoundland, NL, Canada.
Potential projects are in areas of VLSI computer-aided design and analog/digital
integrated system/circuit design.

The qualified applicants will meet the following conditions:
; h; H4 s' B# o; _+ |(a) Master’s or B.S. degree, background in microelectronics, computer engineering, electronics, electrical engineering, computer science, or related areas.
& k8 h& t4 v3 J/ f4 k, G: w8 ^8 l. l(b) GPA 3.2/4.0 (80% if percentage grades used) or better.
, V/ [* ]0 Y1 M8 P/ _, j' U, y(c) TOEFL: paper-based score of 550 (or higher)/computer-based score of 213 (or higher).
