a) 须获得微电子技术、计算机工程、电子电气工程、计算机科学或相关领域的学士学位或硕士学位。

c) 托福成绩：笔试550分或以上，机试213分或以上

Graduate Fellowships

9 R: [7 J! ]* _3 ?1 gPh.D. or Master's fellowships are available for suitable applicants who are
enthusiastic about research on Very Large Scale Integration (VLSI) systems
and circuits at Memorial University of Newfoundland, NL, Canada.
( G# y6 v: T! ~- |1 ^Potential projects are in areas of VLSI computer-aided design and analog/digital
integrated system/circuit design.

$ p; C0 D; M0 Z0 F% RThe qualified applicants will meet the following conditions:
, L8 }8 L$ U& P7 j(a) Master’s or B.S. degree, background in microelectronics, computer engineering, electronics, electrical engineering, computer science, or related areas.
# c6 _! c3 a# x1 f(b) GPA 3.2/4.0 (80% if percentage grades used) or better.
(c) TOEFL: paper-based score of 550 (or higher)/computer-based score of 213 (or higher).
" D' e" X" B, w% T(d) A keen interest in algorithm design or circuit/system design.
1 _: z; i/ D  p; c(e) A good team work player.
