申请者应满足如下条件:
+ c% a; P8 ?6 Y; ?6 ~9 Ha) 须获得微电子技术、计算机工程、电子电气工程、计算机科学或相关领域的学士学位或硕士学位。
b) 平均成绩80分以上（百分制）
- |( q$ a$ c" P. _) lc) 托福成绩：笔试550分或以上，机试213分或以上
d) 对电路/系统设计或计算机程序设计有浓厚兴趣
e) 有良好团队精神

Ph.D. or Master's fellowships are available for suitable applicants who are
5 ^5 x- d- E; i8 [! D6 g3 menthusiastic about research on Very Large Scale Integration (VLSI) systems
and circuits at Memorial University of Newfoundland, NL, Canada.
, u( k1 e9 _* b9 l& j; f2 `6 {  KPotential projects are in areas of VLSI computer-aided design and analog/digital
6 s( v9 a  S+ n4 \1 T0 Tintegrated system/circuit design.

The qualified applicants will meet the following conditions:
2 U" v4 y$ d9 A2 s! D5 |(a) Master’s or B.S. degree, background in microelectronics, computer engineering, electronics, electrical engineering, computer science, or related areas.
(b) GPA 3.2/4.0 (80% if percentage grades used) or better.
(c) TOEFL: paper-based score of 550 (or higher)/computer-based score of 213 (or higher).
(d) A keen interest in algorithm design or circuit/system design.
(e) A good team work player.
