申请者应满足如下条件:
a) 须获得微电子技术、计算机工程、电子电气工程、计算机科学或相关领域的学士学位或硕士学位。
b) 平均成绩80分以上（百分制）
- v8 N+ c' _  Ec) 托福成绩：笔试550分或以上，机试213分或以上
d) 对电路/系统设计或计算机程序设计有浓厚兴趣

2 q9 K% {/ y0 Q& E5 T' Y( VPh.D. or Master's fellowships are available for suitable applicants who are
& P6 @7 C7 E; ], ^* Eenthusiastic about research on Very Large Scale Integration (VLSI) systems
and circuits at Memorial University of Newfoundland, NL, Canada.
Potential projects are in areas of VLSI computer-aided design and analog/digital
8 K8 w' D. |5 Eintegrated system/circuit design.

4 k$ G( A3 C" g4 n1 }The qualified applicants will meet the following conditions:
. ^9 [$ v; y, P(a) Master’s or B.S. degree, background in microelectronics, computer engineering, electronics, electrical engineering, computer science, or related areas.
8 g: ~% K: H0 O(b) GPA 3.2/4.0 (80% if percentage grades used) or better.
(c) TOEFL: paper-based score of 550 (or higher)/computer-based score of 213 (or higher).
7 P+ z5 @; `& u' M/ }* v  x(d) A keen interest in algorithm design or circuit/system design.
1 x- ]" n( K- a; X8 S' n(e) A good team work player.
