The qualified applicants will meet the following conditions:

(b) GPA 3.2/4.0 (80% if percentage grades used) or better.5 p# G! @6 R+ }( X: u+ `4 X
(c) TOEFL: paper-based score of 550 (or higher)/computer-based score of 213 (or higher).
