研究领域： 超大规模集成电路(VLSI)计算机辅助设计，模拟及数字集成电路/系统设计

申请者应满足如下条件:
a) 须获得微电子技术、计算机工程、电子电气工程、计算机科学或相关领域的学士学位或硕士学位。
b) 平均成绩80分以上（百分制）
c) 托福成绩：笔试550分或以上，机试213分或以上

e) 有良好团队精神

Ph.D. or Master's fellowships are available for suitable applicants who are
5 L% d# o' T% x: i8 D& ~5 Genthusiastic about research on Very Large Scale Integration (VLSI) systems
and circuits at Memorial University of Newfoundland, NL, Canada.
Potential projects are in areas of VLSI computer-aided design and analog/digital
integrated system/circuit design.
& U* B' C7 W# U$ M, N3 T
0 s  }. H' c1 ?! W0 T" d) CThe qualified applicants will meet the following conditions:
(a) Master’s or B.S. degree, background in microelectronics, computer engineering, electronics, electrical engineering, computer science, or related areas.
$ u% D; u$ K9 {(b) GPA 3.2/4.0 (80% if percentage grades used) or better.
% I- r4 r8 e/ @* I(c) TOEFL: paper-based score of 550 (or higher)/computer-based score of 213 (or higher).
5 k: ~* W% P% O: T7 S9 ^(d) A keen interest in algorithm design or circuit/system design.
