3 v# q: `: o$ _. aenthusiastic about research on Very Large Scale Integration (VLSI) systems
9 b& b) o2 S3 T  I% _6 `* Fand circuits at Memorial University of Newfoundland, NL, Canada.
6 K+ z. ]2 Z/ d; T  hPotential projects are in areas of VLSI computer-aided design and analog/digital
integrated system/circuit design.

The qualified applicants will meet the following conditions:
! w. j2 C8 K7 {" r0 U(a) Master’s or B.S. degree, background in microelectronics, computer engineering, electronics, electrical engineering, computer science, or related areas.
(b) GPA 3.2/4.0 (80% if percentage grades used) or better.
(c) TOEFL: paper-based score of 550 (or higher)/computer-based score of 213 (or higher).
/ G8 G% S4 C! h(d) A keen interest in algorithm design or circuit/system design.
4 n0 {0 F: L* b5 ^$ J; K! E: O(e) A good team work player.
