申请者应满足如下条件:
. @7 c' O/ B, S2 v- a: xa) 须获得微电子技术、计算机工程、电子电气工程、计算机科学或相关领域的学士学位或硕士学位。
b) 平均成绩80分以上（百分制）
7 m5 r, ]2 f5 F/ bc) 托福成绩：笔试550分或以上，机试213分或以上
9 P9 x. U! S9 q. Y1 w0 a6 J( Nd) 对电路/系统设计或计算机程序设计有浓厚兴趣
e) 有良好团队精神

Ph.D. or Master's fellowships are available for suitable applicants who are
* V7 J0 K! ~( H9 Senthusiastic about research on Very Large Scale Integration (VLSI) systems
and circuits at Memorial University of Newfoundland, NL, Canada.
9 U7 s; {+ ^: S2 F$ v6 i. N4 {Potential projects are in areas of VLSI computer-aided design and analog/digital
1 h8 L* O* ~. w- ]' o$ e+ Mintegrated system/circuit design.

The qualified applicants will meet the following conditions:
(a) Master’s or B.S. degree, background in microelectronics, computer engineering, electronics, electrical engineering, computer science, or related areas.
(b) GPA 3.2/4.0 (80% if percentage grades used) or better.
$ Y" W, l) a* b- G! ^(c) TOEFL: paper-based score of 550 (or higher)/computer-based score of 213 (or higher).
1 c% }% _  I) e+ T7 {' a6 G& n4 l(d) A keen interest in algorithm design or circuit/system design.
