a) 须获得微电子技术、计算机工程、电子电气工程、计算机科学或相关领域的学士学位或硕士学位。
% e% N7 h7 T& Q. e# t/ O% B* jb) 平均成绩80分以上（百分制）
" a- M% n0 a+ S7 B5 pc) 托福成绩：笔试550分或以上，机试213分或以上
d) 对电路/系统设计或计算机程序设计有浓厚兴趣
8 i# O  w6 o! v4 F' }1 A+ r( ?1 Le) 有良好团队精神

( a; N' z% A3 S; tPh.D. or Master's fellowships are available for suitable applicants who are
8 T. Q9 i( t# g1 fenthusiastic about research on Very Large Scale Integration (VLSI) systems
and circuits at Memorial University of Newfoundland, NL, Canada.
) x4 q* L1 G3 m* tPotential projects are in areas of VLSI computer-aided design and analog/digital
integrated system/circuit design.

1 t  {9 [9 U& u) O( H& _The qualified applicants will meet the following conditions:
2 D: f, v. A/ i! r$ d4 m4 \- x(a) Master’s or B.S. degree, background in microelectronics, computer engineering, electronics, electrical engineering, computer science, or related areas.
3 b. k. S+ P& }( }(b) GPA 3.2/4.0 (80% if percentage grades used) or better.
  }! F+ D0 D# B; |4 V(c) TOEFL: paper-based score of 550 (or higher)/computer-based score of 213 (or higher).
8 E" S* @- ~' q% w" H* ]* `(d) A keen interest in algorithm design or circuit/system design.
(e) A good team work player.
