a) 须获得微电子技术、计算机工程、电子电气工程、计算机科学或相关领域的学士学位或硕士学位。
b) 平均成绩80分以上（百分制）
8 M9 ^" f7 l7 P7 V' K# K0 U5 Yc) 托福成绩：笔试550分或以上，机试213分或以上
d) 对电路/系统设计或计算机程序设计有浓厚兴趣

  v  c" B0 L  V4 hPh.D. or Master's fellowships are available for suitable applicants who are
enthusiastic about research on Very Large Scale Integration (VLSI) systems
and circuits at Memorial University of Newfoundland, NL, Canada.
$ n& O3 s  B$ J- jPotential projects are in areas of VLSI computer-aided design and analog/digital
integrated system/circuit design.

; M5 Y+ s( k1 Y- ~The qualified applicants will meet the following conditions:
(a) Master’s or B.S. degree, background in microelectronics, computer engineering, electronics, electrical engineering, computer science, or related areas.
+ S9 }8 B0 N6 f(b) GPA 3.2/4.0 (80% if percentage grades used) or better.
+ E. S  I8 }" {' ?* C+ w(c) TOEFL: paper-based score of 550 (or higher)/computer-based score of 213 (or higher).
(d) A keen interest in algorithm design or circuit/system design.
