a) 须获得微电子技术、计算机工程、电子电气工程、计算机科学或相关领域的学士学位或硕士学位。
b) 平均成绩80分以上（百分制）
0 v+ c/ `. {! N* `c) 托福成绩：笔试550分或以上，机试213分或以上
  n9 u' E; A$ E1 b$ {- jd) 对电路/系统设计或计算机程序设计有浓厚兴趣

4 D5 j8 [3 G" b' L1 E3 DPh.D. or Master's fellowships are available for suitable applicants who are
7 v- E+ }) X9 M! R& Centhusiastic about research on Very Large Scale Integration (VLSI) systems
3 W- N' T. F. B& L6 tand circuits at Memorial University of Newfoundland, NL, Canada.
Potential projects are in areas of VLSI computer-aided design and analog/digital
integrated system/circuit design.

$ R( t9 m. @1 Z" G% M7 iThe qualified applicants will meet the following conditions:
  W( E* E$ }3 p6 n5 I7 ](a) Master’s or B.S. degree, background in microelectronics, computer engineering, electronics, electrical engineering, computer science, or related areas.
(b) GPA 3.2/4.0 (80% if percentage grades used) or better.
(c) TOEFL: paper-based score of 550 (or higher)/computer-based score of 213 (or higher).
(d) A keen interest in algorithm design or circuit/system design.
