申请者应满足如下条件:
a) 须获得微电子技术、计算机工程、电子电气工程、计算机科学或相关领域的学士学位或硕士学位。

! N; o3 d& A3 `2 @- Jc) 托福成绩：笔试550分或以上，机试213分或以上
d) 对电路/系统设计或计算机程序设计有浓厚兴趣

enthusiastic about research on Very Large Scale Integration (VLSI) systems
and circuits at Memorial University of Newfoundland, NL, Canada.
5 B5 g" o4 t/ M+ G; `Potential projects are in areas of VLSI computer-aided design and analog/digital
integrated system/circuit design.

4 Y8 @# J# Z! R) b4 j/ R7 C4 }The qualified applicants will meet the following conditions:
(a) Master’s or B.S. degree, background in microelectronics, computer engineering, electronics, electrical engineering, computer science, or related areas.
  {; K- X: b  g/ R: `! p, ?(b) GPA 3.2/4.0 (80% if percentage grades used) or better.
(c) TOEFL: paper-based score of 550 (or higher)/computer-based score of 213 (or higher).

(e) A good team work player.
