b) 平均成绩80分以上（百分制）

Ph.D. or Master's fellowships are available for suitable applicants who are
enthusiastic about research on Very Large Scale Integration (VLSI) systems
and circuits at Memorial University of Newfoundland, NL, Canada.
9 D( `6 N7 Q$ l4 E0 X; [Potential projects are in areas of VLSI computer-aided design and analog/digital
integrated system/circuit design.

9 y- n6 m, d: y: T/ kThe qualified applicants will meet the following conditions:
(a) Master’s or B.S. degree, background in microelectronics, computer engineering, electronics, electrical engineering, computer science, or related areas.
4 L6 e/ f- c( R* }(b) GPA 3.2/4.0 (80% if percentage grades used) or better.
- D1 e% F, ?) y/ @3 c4 p* u(c) TOEFL: paper-based score of 550 (or higher)/computer-based score of 213 (or higher).
0 l7 z$ a, L8 U6 l+ Z(d) A keen interest in algorithm design or circuit/system design.
