申请者应满足如下条件:
a) 须获得微电子技术、计算机工程、电子电气工程、计算机科学或相关领域的学士学位或硕士学位。
b) 平均成绩80分以上（百分制）
9 R( I" Z( M1 Y7 f+ bc) 托福成绩：笔试550分或以上，机试213分或以上
' Y2 j# u/ G  m7 M* g" D6 R0 Gd) 对电路/系统设计或计算机程序设计有浓厚兴趣
e) 有良好团队精神

" |" F7 m  a# X  W- R* IPh.D. or Master's fellowships are available for suitable applicants who are
enthusiastic about research on Very Large Scale Integration (VLSI) systems
and circuits at Memorial University of Newfoundland, NL, Canada.
Potential projects are in areas of VLSI computer-aided design and analog/digital
, h: Y, M2 n% x+ aintegrated system/circuit design.

The qualified applicants will meet the following conditions:
(a) Master’s or B.S. degree, background in microelectronics, computer engineering, electronics, electrical engineering, computer science, or related areas.
; e5 D9 l6 Q& m) x# \, B, Y(b) GPA 3.2/4.0 (80% if percentage grades used) or better.
(c) TOEFL: paper-based score of 550 (or higher)/computer-based score of 213 (or higher).
/ r8 h/ d5 v5 z0 _9 H(d) A keen interest in algorithm design or circuit/system design.
' v# @9 e9 \) g' K5 j(e) A good team work player.
