c) 托福成绩：笔试550分或以上，机试213分或以上

Graduate Fellowships

Ph.D. or Master's fellowships are available for suitable applicants who are
* D9 O6 b0 M' l" j+ venthusiastic about research on Very Large Scale Integration (VLSI) systems
  `: M- I9 X  K6 Jand circuits at Memorial University of Newfoundland, NL, Canada.
5 k& h4 v7 r1 b- B  f" mPotential projects are in areas of VLSI computer-aided design and analog/digital
2 q0 P% e* \- _% G5 Sintegrated system/circuit design.

/ M+ ~' I. c4 A6 I" dThe qualified applicants will meet the following conditions:
(a) Master’s or B.S. degree, background in microelectronics, computer engineering, electronics, electrical engineering, computer science, or related areas.
(b) GPA 3.2/4.0 (80% if percentage grades used) or better.
/ |+ K' k8 U0 m& k2 ?* h7 b- g) m1 l(c) TOEFL: paper-based score of 550 (or higher)/computer-based score of 213 (or higher).
