6 _$ f6 [) K4 s$ |a) 须获得微电子技术、计算机工程、电子电气工程、计算机科学或相关领域的学士学位或硕士学位。

c) 托福成绩：笔试550分或以上，机试213分或以上
. a0 m3 D4 W! H% g' R; b; ^d) 对电路/系统设计或计算机程序设计有浓厚兴趣
e) 有良好团队精神

Ph.D. or Master's fellowships are available for suitable applicants who are
4 [9 W; c9 f" o4 B$ menthusiastic about research on Very Large Scale Integration (VLSI) systems
' g( G8 t* n1 z4 s$ W  R4 Sand circuits at Memorial University of Newfoundland, NL, Canada.
9 W7 V& \2 y0 @& w2 D5 LPotential projects are in areas of VLSI computer-aided design and analog/digital
! }$ l2 O, M& h; q- U; B9 p: rintegrated system/circuit design.

The qualified applicants will meet the following conditions:
2 o' o/ E( w+ c) Z, r(a) Master’s or B.S. degree, background in microelectronics, computer engineering, electronics, electrical engineering, computer science, or related areas.
" t% f2 k/ H( R(b) GPA 3.2/4.0 (80% if percentage grades used) or better.
(c) TOEFL: paper-based score of 550 (or higher)/computer-based score of 213 (or higher).
* t1 y1 N2 a& E# j* ]( O' O9 `(d) A keen interest in algorithm design or circuit/system design.
