申请者应满足如下条件:
+ U  I' X4 m' xa) 须获得微电子技术、计算机工程、电子电气工程、计算机科学或相关领域的学士学位或硕士学位。
b) 平均成绩80分以上（百分制）
8 C7 o+ i3 D" Q0 |8 w+ R9 Kc) 托福成绩：笔试550分或以上，机试213分或以上
d) 对电路/系统设计或计算机程序设计有浓厚兴趣
e) 有良好团队精神

# Z; I" h2 r& V4 ~) o: ?1 e5 @enthusiastic about research on Very Large Scale Integration (VLSI) systems
/ _2 T% h! q2 T& C1 r) l/ I1 S1 ?and circuits at Memorial University of Newfoundland, NL, Canada.
Potential projects are in areas of VLSI computer-aided design and analog/digital
integrated system/circuit design.

+ |3 s' P: D) S+ z  _6 a3 P  [(a) Master’s or B.S. degree, background in microelectronics, computer engineering, electronics, electrical engineering, computer science, or related areas.
(b) GPA 3.2/4.0 (80% if percentage grades used) or better.
(c) TOEFL: paper-based score of 550 (or higher)/computer-based score of 213 (or higher).
(d) A keen interest in algorithm design or circuit/system design.
