a) 须获得微电子技术、计算机工程、电子电气工程、计算机科学或相关领域的学士学位或硕士学位。
b) 平均成绩80分以上（百分制）
1 u( Y6 Y' G4 m7 Pc) 托福成绩：笔试550分或以上，机试213分或以上
d) 对电路/系统设计或计算机程序设计有浓厚兴趣
) t5 U' p2 q5 g2 {0 Xe) 有良好团队精神

1 D; X# L5 z; @0 c6 }Ph.D. or Master's fellowships are available for suitable applicants who are
enthusiastic about research on Very Large Scale Integration (VLSI) systems
' O8 s! y3 ?2 s' yand circuits at Memorial University of Newfoundland, NL, Canada.
Potential projects are in areas of VLSI computer-aided design and analog/digital
integrated system/circuit design.
4 A* L% X) P6 b# Z( I
The qualified applicants will meet the following conditions:
. N7 ~0 _" l# U) N- H(a) Master’s or B.S. degree, background in microelectronics, computer engineering, electronics, electrical engineering, computer science, or related areas.
! r  Y+ R4 P' ^8 s2 L$ _(b) GPA 3.2/4.0 (80% if percentage grades used) or better.
(c) TOEFL: paper-based score of 550 (or higher)/computer-based score of 213 (or higher).
(d) A keen interest in algorithm design or circuit/system design.
# M# W8 c9 @' `2 G(e) A good team work player.
