a) 须获得微电子技术、计算机工程、电子电气工程、计算机科学或相关领域的学士学位或硕士学位。
- u, {3 a- O& X( t5 [" }* N/ C: C' Yb) 平均成绩80分以上（百分制）
c) 托福成绩：笔试550分或以上，机试213分或以上
d) 对电路/系统设计或计算机程序设计有浓厚兴趣
9 u) F7 x9 K% l5 Fe) 有良好团队精神

Ph.D. or Master's fellowships are available for suitable applicants who are
, n2 B9 C6 e2 @( L, ]enthusiastic about research on Very Large Scale Integration (VLSI) systems
6 ^2 l# Z% V$ h$ E( Y! y8 U) \1 J9 W4 yand circuits at Memorial University of Newfoundland, NL, Canada.
Potential projects are in areas of VLSI computer-aided design and analog/digital
; K) Q7 \( E( \  ?integrated system/circuit design.

The qualified applicants will meet the following conditions:
(a) Master’s or B.S. degree, background in microelectronics, computer engineering, electronics, electrical engineering, computer science, or related areas.
(b) GPA 3.2/4.0 (80% if percentage grades used) or better.
- ^( k) C7 _  E7 {2 B: {: O, ^4 O(c) TOEFL: paper-based score of 550 (or higher)/computer-based score of 213 (or higher).
6 a) }& _7 x1 U' E3 M, [(d) A keen interest in algorithm design or circuit/system design.
