The qualified applicants will meet the following conditions:
$ a$ u4 a k: W. V(a) Master’s or B.S. degree, background in microelectronics, computer engineering, electronics, electrical engineering, computer science, or related areas.
+ G3 [; z. W' I+ S& ]' b(b) GPA 3.2/4.0 (80% if percentage grades used) or better.
0 D7 Q$ p, F; @ y8 S Z, v: x(c) TOEFL: paper-based score of 550 (or higher)/computer-based score of 213 (or higher).
