Ph.D. or Master's fellowships are available for suitable applicants who are
8 O$ v% Y. x# j+ \5 P8 d; K! Renthusiastic about research on Very Large Scale Integration (VLSI) systems
) }, j  l, u, o, `4 qand circuits at Memorial University of Newfoundland, NL, Canada.
Potential projects are in areas of VLSI computer-aided design and analog/digital
integrated system/circuit design.

The qualified applicants will meet the following conditions:
(a) Master’s or B.S. degree, background in microelectronics, computer engineering, electronics, electrical engineering, computer science, or related areas.
3 q' Q( ?' T& C! D(b) GPA 3.2/4.0 (80% if percentage grades used) or better.
, [. [& h% ?& c* m) U- U) J(c) TOEFL: paper-based score of 550 (or higher)/computer-based score of 213 (or higher).
& g, E) v4 i$ v4 P! ^; g(d) A keen interest in algorithm design or circuit/system design.
(e) A good team work player.
