申请者应满足如下条件:
a) 须获得微电子技术、计算机工程、电子电气工程、计算机科学或相关领域的学士学位或硕士学位。
b) 平均成绩80分以上（百分制）
  y! b% C3 N' H- E' Xc) 托福成绩：笔试550分或以上，机试213分或以上
3 f9 G9 G1 A* x$ C% E3 t7 ed) 对电路/系统设计或计算机程序设计有浓厚兴趣
e) 有良好团队精神

  W: K. e) _0 U  b+ Mand circuits at Memorial University of Newfoundland, NL, Canada.
# ?& {4 R9 m* U9 z5 g( r8 |5 q. oPotential projects are in areas of VLSI computer-aided design and analog/digital

(a) Master’s or B.S. degree, background in microelectronics, computer engineering, electronics, electrical engineering, computer science, or related areas.
(b) GPA 3.2/4.0 (80% if percentage grades used) or better.
# E7 s% l$ w, p1 w. D0 N(c) TOEFL: paper-based score of 550 (or higher)/computer-based score of 213 (or higher).
" f+ G' {/ i( [1 p5 {3 j(d) A keen interest in algorithm design or circuit/system design.
