c) 托福成绩：笔试550分或以上，机试213分或以上

e) 有良好团队精神

Graduate Fellowships

Ph.D. or Master's fellowships are available for suitable applicants who are
7 Z5 y6 d3 C3 m5 t# `- Aenthusiastic about research on Very Large Scale Integration (VLSI) systems
: T6 c  H" j5 v( m/ |; c, N7 Yand circuits at Memorial University of Newfoundland, NL, Canada.
' R: m2 p9 j* v% q9 I# SPotential projects are in areas of VLSI computer-aided design and analog/digital
integrated system/circuit design.

The qualified applicants will meet the following conditions:
' l; u' G/ P1 y1 A* d) q: L# [(a) Master’s or B.S. degree, background in microelectronics, computer engineering, electronics, electrical engineering, computer science, or related areas.
(b) GPA 3.2/4.0 (80% if percentage grades used) or better.
: D3 ^% J; m) X8 ]" Y( H# r(c) TOEFL: paper-based score of 550 (or higher)/computer-based score of 213 (or higher).
. j( r) f, Y( ^0 _$ f, I- [& g5 y! q  T" u(d) A keen interest in algorithm design or circuit/system design.
