a) 须获得微电子技术、计算机工程、电子电气工程、计算机科学或相关领域的学士学位或硕士学位。
b) 平均成绩80分以上（百分制）
c) 托福成绩：笔试550分或以上，机试213分或以上

6 ~: _* L5 X4 E6 a/ S! H' |: PPh.D. or Master's fellowships are available for suitable applicants who are
enthusiastic about research on Very Large Scale Integration (VLSI) systems
and circuits at Memorial University of Newfoundland, NL, Canada.
8 ~* L8 N! o, O1 m( PPotential projects are in areas of VLSI computer-aided design and analog/digital
. X/ @- z$ ^7 @" dintegrated system/circuit design.

+ n0 Q# e1 [: d0 N( S  _# G  o% r0 ]The qualified applicants will meet the following conditions:
(a) Master’s or B.S. degree, background in microelectronics, computer engineering, electronics, electrical engineering, computer science, or related areas.
! v; w) n. ]' T(b) GPA 3.2/4.0 (80% if percentage grades used) or better.
1 @# r  d# n6 w8 b4 b(c) TOEFL: paper-based score of 550 (or higher)/computer-based score of 213 (or higher).
(d) A keen interest in algorithm design or circuit/system design.
4 ~% Z3 |* w7 d(e) A good team work player.
