and circuits at Memorial University of Newfoundland, NL, Canada.

The qualified applicants will meet the following conditions:
  v& R0 M) _0 u$ ~# S(a) Master’s or B.S. degree, background in microelectronics, computer engineering, electronics, electrical engineering, computer science, or related areas.
  e9 g% V' ^4 n5 H# _/ U, f  O8 D(b) GPA 3.2/4.0 (80% if percentage grades used) or better.
$ f" K! m1 Q+ r. W: t3 m! ~: m(c) TOEFL: paper-based score of 550 (or higher)/computer-based score of 213 (or higher).
0 \  {2 n1 O+ x) t(d) A keen interest in algorithm design or circuit/system design.
