d) 对电路/系统设计或计算机程序设计有浓厚兴趣

Ph.D. or Master's fellowships are available for suitable applicants who are
& |* G7 P" ?( aenthusiastic about research on Very Large Scale Integration (VLSI) systems
! M: ^( o& x( z  L/ `3 R! rand circuits at Memorial University of Newfoundland, NL, Canada.
& K/ {8 Q8 d0 U* G2 B- UPotential projects are in areas of VLSI computer-aided design and analog/digital
integrated system/circuit design.

# [% M) B$ Y7 V  {4 f8 O7 L- rThe qualified applicants will meet the following conditions:
(a) Master’s or B.S. degree, background in microelectronics, computer engineering, electronics, electrical engineering, computer science, or related areas.
( T+ l, c: ^2 g(b) GPA 3.2/4.0 (80% if percentage grades used) or better.
# B7 _- j1 M/ |& s. l(c) TOEFL: paper-based score of 550 (or higher)/computer-based score of 213 (or higher).
(d) A keen interest in algorithm design or circuit/system design.
- l! G% s5 S; L(e) A good team work player.
