申请者应满足如下条件:
a) 须获得微电子技术、计算机工程、电子电气工程、计算机科学或相关领域的学士学位或硕士学位。
& j' [! a2 j( v, }b) 平均成绩80分以上（百分制）
c) 托福成绩：笔试550分或以上，机试213分或以上

8 |0 Q4 w2 L. I+ G2 ?enthusiastic about research on Very Large Scale Integration (VLSI) systems
- G4 M3 I5 j4 _' h! f- l4 ^0 Pand circuits at Memorial University of Newfoundland, NL, Canada.
Potential projects are in areas of VLSI computer-aided design and analog/digital
integrated system/circuit design.

# E6 ~/ o; L* P. D' H2 cThe qualified applicants will meet the following conditions:
(a) Master’s or B.S. degree, background in microelectronics, computer engineering, electronics, electrical engineering, computer science, or related areas.
) N% z% \  I1 l5 h/ u9 q2 p" {' X(b) GPA 3.2/4.0 (80% if percentage grades used) or better.
) K- h8 o9 `( |& u(c) TOEFL: paper-based score of 550 (or higher)/computer-based score of 213 (or higher).
(d) A keen interest in algorithm design or circuit/system design.
