申请者应满足如下条件:
a) 须获得微电子技术、计算机工程、电子电气工程、计算机科学或相关领域的学士学位或硕士学位。

c) 托福成绩：笔试550分或以上，机试213分或以上

Ph.D. or Master's fellowships are available for suitable applicants who are
' T9 f% G# k- E+ lenthusiastic about research on Very Large Scale Integration (VLSI) systems
and circuits at Memorial University of Newfoundland, NL, Canada.
$ j  U& p( `% {, N5 jPotential projects are in areas of VLSI computer-aided design and analog/digital
# j  y8 \& I/ E4 f" B% K8 Wintegrated system/circuit design.
$ v8 c1 J6 w' d
The qualified applicants will meet the following conditions:
, Q' H2 ^5 t* D: `# A(a) Master’s or B.S. degree, background in microelectronics, computer engineering, electronics, electrical engineering, computer science, or related areas.
(b) GPA 3.2/4.0 (80% if percentage grades used) or better.
( f" d" j9 A. U8 E5 q(c) TOEFL: paper-based score of 550 (or higher)/computer-based score of 213 (or higher).
5 e; |+ z9 |/ i/ [' Z(d) A keen interest in algorithm design or circuit/system design.
