a) 须获得微电子技术、计算机工程、电子电气工程、计算机科学或相关领域的学士学位或硕士学位。

9 X) C' `3 R9 ^! ~5 w0 ]c) 托福成绩：笔试550分或以上，机试213分或以上
6 p" G- f8 Y  U& Wd) 对电路/系统设计或计算机程序设计有浓厚兴趣

, ]# Q8 n+ N! Lenthusiastic about research on Very Large Scale Integration (VLSI) systems
and circuits at Memorial University of Newfoundland, NL, Canada.
Potential projects are in areas of VLSI computer-aided design and analog/digital
integrated system/circuit design.

The qualified applicants will meet the following conditions:
8 _& k& S1 y% y6 Z6 I3 W(a) Master’s or B.S. degree, background in microelectronics, computer engineering, electronics, electrical engineering, computer science, or related areas.
- H' d3 i: a5 u* N(b) GPA 3.2/4.0 (80% if percentage grades used) or better.
/ W/ P9 \9 A) ^; e4 O$ ~(c) TOEFL: paper-based score of 550 (or higher)/computer-based score of 213 (or higher).
(d) A keen interest in algorithm design or circuit/system design.
