b) 平均成绩80分以上（百分制）
0 N+ m, K( H* H( p" L2 ]c) 托福成绩：笔试550分或以上，机试213分或以上
9 V! B" \" ]6 {- pd) 对电路/系统设计或计算机程序设计有浓厚兴趣
e) 有良好团队精神

% v+ s3 M! v& {, W. G) }; a. a, FPh.D. or Master's fellowships are available for suitable applicants who are
2 y6 a0 P$ f+ I$ Q7 Lenthusiastic about research on Very Large Scale Integration (VLSI) systems
and circuits at Memorial University of Newfoundland, NL, Canada.
Potential projects are in areas of VLSI computer-aided design and analog/digital
integrated system/circuit design.

+ W% ]# ~" |; A+ O) KThe qualified applicants will meet the following conditions:
(a) Master’s or B.S. degree, background in microelectronics, computer engineering, electronics, electrical engineering, computer science, or related areas.
(b) GPA 3.2/4.0 (80% if percentage grades used) or better.
(c) TOEFL: paper-based score of 550 (or higher)/computer-based score of 213 (or higher).
  h$ h5 P2 l7 S" P(d) A keen interest in algorithm design or circuit/system design.
