b) 平均成绩80分以上（百分制）
c) 托福成绩：笔试550分或以上，机试213分或以上

Ph.D. or Master's fellowships are available for suitable applicants who are
enthusiastic about research on Very Large Scale Integration (VLSI) systems
! F: e( P' x1 @3 U5 w. ]9 E3 cand circuits at Memorial University of Newfoundland, NL, Canada.
* G) J, g$ E: L9 @Potential projects are in areas of VLSI computer-aided design and analog/digital
& }* A: m8 d6 h. Kintegrated system/circuit design.

. u8 V) n$ n* Q! e& WThe qualified applicants will meet the following conditions:
(a) Master’s or B.S. degree, background in microelectronics, computer engineering, electronics, electrical engineering, computer science, or related areas.
(b) GPA 3.2/4.0 (80% if percentage grades used) or better.
2 L3 Y. d1 m8 F! K. }7 {(c) TOEFL: paper-based score of 550 (or higher)/computer-based score of 213 (or higher).
. _2 l: w9 @2 v9 ?(d) A keen interest in algorithm design or circuit/system design.
