! U2 q& u; e  m- V3 ^& Xa) 须获得微电子技术、计算机工程、电子电气工程、计算机科学或相关领域的学士学位或硕士学位。

+ _; Y, U$ Q* u/ `c) 托福成绩：笔试550分或以上，机试213分或以上
d) 对电路/系统设计或计算机程序设计有浓厚兴趣

Ph.D. or Master's fellowships are available for suitable applicants who are
enthusiastic about research on Very Large Scale Integration (VLSI) systems
2 Z' n3 z$ ~% Z* r0 dand circuits at Memorial University of Newfoundland, NL, Canada.
: s3 H7 T. A; n8 X6 }. gPotential projects are in areas of VLSI computer-aided design and analog/digital
9 e& O* O8 Q( _. A9 gintegrated system/circuit design.

7 u. J( j( E; V2 y8 C# h# c(a) Master’s or B.S. degree, background in microelectronics, computer engineering, electronics, electrical engineering, computer science, or related areas.
# Z0 r9 |; d6 U3 `(b) GPA 3.2/4.0 (80% if percentage grades used) or better.
: |, }1 e) S. @# q# ]& E(c) TOEFL: paper-based score of 550 (or higher)/computer-based score of 213 (or higher).
(d) A keen interest in algorithm design or circuit/system design.
8 K: _2 b1 ?) i, q3 m$ [(e) A good team work player.
