a) 须获得微电子技术、计算机工程、电子电气工程、计算机科学或相关领域的学士学位或硕士学位。
b) 平均成绩80分以上（百分制）
c) 托福成绩：笔试550分或以上，机试213分或以上
9 V3 l9 D2 u" u# }& Nd) 对电路/系统设计或计算机程序设计有浓厚兴趣
e) 有良好团队精神

Ph.D. or Master's fellowships are available for suitable applicants who are
1 d5 _& b8 P0 R+ m1 j" Z0 kenthusiastic about research on Very Large Scale Integration (VLSI) systems
and circuits at Memorial University of Newfoundland, NL, Canada.
Potential projects are in areas of VLSI computer-aided design and analog/digital
2 j# a3 ?; p% e0 p2 u+ p& w5 h  g1 Nintegrated system/circuit design.

0 H* p. W2 i# u' W! S4 c# u! A) ZThe qualified applicants will meet the following conditions:
* ^4 d) i0 [& o  u4 ]* i(a) Master’s or B.S. degree, background in microelectronics, computer engineering, electronics, electrical engineering, computer science, or related areas.
8 r( f; X$ s) O+ s5 U8 r* p9 Z(b) GPA 3.2/4.0 (80% if percentage grades used) or better.
) {) D) \5 k3 s6 A2 M( }/ y0 ?(c) TOEFL: paper-based score of 550 (or higher)/computer-based score of 213 (or higher).
(d) A keen interest in algorithm design or circuit/system design.
