研究领域： 超大规模集成电路(VLSI)计算机辅助设计，模拟及数字集成电路/系统设计

申请者应满足如下条件:
a) 须获得微电子技术、计算机工程、电子电气工程、计算机科学或相关领域的学士学位或硕士学位。

c) 托福成绩：笔试550分或以上，机试213分或以上
d) 对电路/系统设计或计算机程序设计有浓厚兴趣

Graduate Fellowships

Ph.D. or Master's fellowships are available for suitable applicants who are
enthusiastic about research on Very Large Scale Integration (VLSI) systems
and circuits at Memorial University of Newfoundland, NL, Canada.
- B% o) @# X, Q: O" [% FPotential projects are in areas of VLSI computer-aided design and analog/digital
& Y( G; u8 s2 m: W+ wintegrated system/circuit design.
! {* x, ?8 ]9 h  s
The qualified applicants will meet the following conditions:
1 q: l) S- O% r3 D8 x* [(a) Master’s or B.S. degree, background in microelectronics, computer engineering, electronics, electrical engineering, computer science, or related areas.
9 q( N# F( q8 q(b) GPA 3.2/4.0 (80% if percentage grades used) or better.
: [8 |5 _% O/ P! O& X3 B2 v(c) TOEFL: paper-based score of 550 (or higher)/computer-based score of 213 (or higher).
& B' ~3 e4 l5 m5 U0 S/ j/ B(d) A keen interest in algorithm design or circuit/system design.
