申请者应满足如下条件:
0 A8 `' r1 V$ `7 s7 `a) 须获得微电子技术、计算机工程、电子电气工程、计算机科学或相关领域的学士学位或硕士学位。
( h4 s& C- U* _% `b) 平均成绩80分以上（百分制）
c) 托福成绩：笔试550分或以上，机试213分或以上
d) 对电路/系统设计或计算机程序设计有浓厚兴趣

, [- ~/ w) D$ x. h1 z, uenthusiastic about research on Very Large Scale Integration (VLSI) systems
and circuits at Memorial University of Newfoundland, NL, Canada.
% N( Y5 Y" K. ~9 b( j# u, LPotential projects are in areas of VLSI computer-aided design and analog/digital
6 `. H5 m! l+ p: ointegrated system/circuit design.

The qualified applicants will meet the following conditions:
! B$ z" a; f" R* ^5 R! D(a) Master’s or B.S. degree, background in microelectronics, computer engineering, electronics, electrical engineering, computer science, or related areas.
) n9 J. j; u' u& W1 l(b) GPA 3.2/4.0 (80% if percentage grades used) or better.
(c) TOEFL: paper-based score of 550 (or higher)/computer-based score of 213 (or higher).
2 p* ^5 {& _! l+ ^! A(d) A keen interest in algorithm design or circuit/system design.
(e) A good team work player.
