申请者应满足如下条件:
a) 须获得微电子技术、计算机工程、电子电气工程、计算机科学或相关领域的学士学位或硕士学位。
# r, m8 ^& O/ D: d) _$ a4 A" Z+ xb) 平均成绩80分以上（百分制）
9 P+ q% S' O4 {& z3 zc) 托福成绩：笔试550分或以上，机试213分或以上
d) 对电路/系统设计或计算机程序设计有浓厚兴趣
e) 有良好团队精神

Graduate Fellowships

Ph.D. or Master's fellowships are available for suitable applicants who are
/ ?* y  w$ L/ o; ^' f, m5 nenthusiastic about research on Very Large Scale Integration (VLSI) systems
2 {9 C; l8 Z$ `and circuits at Memorial University of Newfoundland, NL, Canada.
* U0 S0 t2 z: ~Potential projects are in areas of VLSI computer-aided design and analog/digital
integrated system/circuit design.

The qualified applicants will meet the following conditions:
(a) Master’s or B.S. degree, background in microelectronics, computer engineering, electronics, electrical engineering, computer science, or related areas.
- ~& S- f: w0 e3 W2 Q1 T, X: c(b) GPA 3.2/4.0 (80% if percentage grades used) or better.
4 _: d/ r# m: g5 U5 n(c) TOEFL: paper-based score of 550 (or higher)/computer-based score of 213 (or higher).
$ a: Y1 C: C% \  G2 N& ?(d) A keen interest in algorithm design or circuit/system design.
