a) 须获得微电子技术、计算机工程、电子电气工程、计算机科学或相关领域的学士学位或硕士学位。
2 \: ]# e! l2 @+ db) 平均成绩80分以上（百分制）
c) 托福成绩：笔试550分或以上，机试213分或以上
8 v4 b4 c5 A( @/ }$ T3 o4 Yd) 对电路/系统设计或计算机程序设计有浓厚兴趣
3 \' c1 H% ?* @: h6 P. se) 有良好团队精神

Ph.D. or Master's fellowships are available for suitable applicants who are
enthusiastic about research on Very Large Scale Integration (VLSI) systems
$ }. N" d, e, q) P; p" w0 wand circuits at Memorial University of Newfoundland, NL, Canada.
Potential projects are in areas of VLSI computer-aided design and analog/digital
integrated system/circuit design.

* l7 D2 N% J9 i6 [The qualified applicants will meet the following conditions:
(a) Master’s or B.S. degree, background in microelectronics, computer engineering, electronics, electrical engineering, computer science, or related areas.
& Q  |8 o, G3 A! f(b) GPA 3.2/4.0 (80% if percentage grades used) or better.
(c) TOEFL: paper-based score of 550 (or higher)/computer-based score of 213 (or higher).
(d) A keen interest in algorithm design or circuit/system design.
(e) A good team work player.
