研究领域： 超大规模集成电路(VLSI)计算机辅助设计，模拟及数字集成电路/系统设计

申请者应满足如下条件:
a) 须获得微电子技术、计算机工程、电子电气工程、计算机科学或相关领域的学士学位或硕士学位。
7 C4 Z! v: k/ ~b) 平均成绩80分以上（百分制）
c) 托福成绩：笔试550分或以上，机试213分或以上

' R& j5 Y* ?4 b0 h" M% XPh.D. or Master's fellowships are available for suitable applicants who are
5 T5 |( G8 i5 m# e& |enthusiastic about research on Very Large Scale Integration (VLSI) systems
and circuits at Memorial University of Newfoundland, NL, Canada.
Potential projects are in areas of VLSI computer-aided design and analog/digital
6 h* E/ ]; C+ M, Hintegrated system/circuit design.

The qualified applicants will meet the following conditions:
& q0 u3 d. q6 c& D(a) Master’s or B.S. degree, background in microelectronics, computer engineering, electronics, electrical engineering, computer science, or related areas.
- n6 V0 h) O& R5 K5 n4 M$ e0 V(b) GPA 3.2/4.0 (80% if percentage grades used) or better.
6 q9 H' |5 M6 {: s5 b$ }(c) TOEFL: paper-based score of 550 (or higher)/computer-based score of 213 (or higher).
(d) A keen interest in algorithm design or circuit/system design.
