a) 须获得微电子技术、计算机工程、电子电气工程、计算机科学或相关领域的学士学位或硕士学位。
2 E  j, E- s) o  B& M3 Nb) 平均成绩80分以上（百分制）
c) 托福成绩：笔试550分或以上，机试213分或以上
! c9 U' }# O+ u& J; B: q: i( Od) 对电路/系统设计或计算机程序设计有浓厚兴趣

Graduate Fellowships

Ph.D. or Master's fellowships are available for suitable applicants who are
enthusiastic about research on Very Large Scale Integration (VLSI) systems
& G3 ^: i  ^/ {/ u# t  v: O+ X& K8 e  s8 Oand circuits at Memorial University of Newfoundland, NL, Canada.
# V& S# [( Y  @; P& _Potential projects are in areas of VLSI computer-aided design and analog/digital
integrated system/circuit design.

3 Q1 N5 U1 l$ M' F" SThe qualified applicants will meet the following conditions:
(a) Master’s or B.S. degree, background in microelectronics, computer engineering, electronics, electrical engineering, computer science, or related areas.
(b) GPA 3.2/4.0 (80% if percentage grades used) or better.
(c) TOEFL: paper-based score of 550 (or higher)/computer-based score of 213 (or higher).
