申请者应满足如下条件:
a) 须获得微电子技术、计算机工程、电子电气工程、计算机科学或相关领域的学士学位或硕士学位。
b) 平均成绩80分以上（百分制）
c) 托福成绩：笔试550分或以上，机试213分或以上
d) 对电路/系统设计或计算机程序设计有浓厚兴趣
e) 有良好团队精神

Ph.D. or Master's fellowships are available for suitable applicants who are
! o3 S' ]% ^# G, tenthusiastic about research on Very Large Scale Integration (VLSI) systems
and circuits at Memorial University of Newfoundland, NL, Canada.
" I; i9 D8 m4 LPotential projects are in areas of VLSI computer-aided design and analog/digital
9 q, U- C- w/ B1 }& U7 `, q, qintegrated system/circuit design.

The qualified applicants will meet the following conditions:
$ `* A! j1 l/ M' j  T, ^( f5 k(a) Master’s or B.S. degree, background in microelectronics, computer engineering, electronics, electrical engineering, computer science, or related areas.
+ Y8 T  X8 Q1 v3 S' t+ f(b) GPA 3.2/4.0 (80% if percentage grades used) or better.
! I5 L% b0 {9 G, k(c) TOEFL: paper-based score of 550 (or higher)/computer-based score of 213 (or higher).
! w% H: f6 t6 v7 T3 x(d) A keen interest in algorithm design or circuit/system design.
