研究领域： 超大规模集成电路(VLSI)计算机辅助设计，模拟及数字集成电路/系统设计

a) 须获得微电子技术、计算机工程、电子电气工程、计算机科学或相关领域的学士学位或硕士学位。

c) 托福成绩：笔试550分或以上，机试213分或以上
+ u9 Q) d1 Q% u3 j0 C- K. Zd) 对电路/系统设计或计算机程序设计有浓厚兴趣

, M4 p5 @8 w( Y$ F+ Ienthusiastic about research on Very Large Scale Integration (VLSI) systems
and circuits at Memorial University of Newfoundland, NL, Canada.
! V- b7 e9 N7 {  \; h7 p6 LPotential projects are in areas of VLSI computer-aided design and analog/digital
# r/ U6 |) P9 v9 Ointegrated system/circuit design.

The qualified applicants will meet the following conditions:
: X3 F5 f! d, l4 }(a) Master’s or B.S. degree, background in microelectronics, computer engineering, electronics, electrical engineering, computer science, or related areas.
3 Q# ?0 U$ `" D6 }' w0 N. M! ?(b) GPA 3.2/4.0 (80% if percentage grades used) or better.
(c) TOEFL: paper-based score of 550 (or higher)/computer-based score of 213 (or higher).
(d) A keen interest in algorithm design or circuit/system design.
(e) A good team work player.
