b) 平均成绩80分以上（百分制）

; V  w" }; W# L, i5 Z' ~9 D( ~Ph.D. or Master's fellowships are available for suitable applicants who are
enthusiastic about research on Very Large Scale Integration (VLSI) systems
and circuits at Memorial University of Newfoundland, NL, Canada.
  e& U2 V' d" ~9 d1 \$ A& U' dPotential projects are in areas of VLSI computer-aided design and analog/digital
integrated system/circuit design.

! ]+ d5 {% Q6 DThe qualified applicants will meet the following conditions:
1 y* ^2 B- e7 S$ ^$ _( ](a) Master’s or B.S. degree, background in microelectronics, computer engineering, electronics, electrical engineering, computer science, or related areas.
(b) GPA 3.2/4.0 (80% if percentage grades used) or better.
(c) TOEFL: paper-based score of 550 (or higher)/computer-based score of 213 (or higher).

(e) A good team work player.
