b) 平均成绩80分以上（百分制）
c) 托福成绩：笔试550分或以上，机试213分或以上
3 ]; R0 K, l" Z; A% ~% cd) 对电路/系统设计或计算机程序设计有浓厚兴趣
e) 有良好团队精神

Graduate Fellowships

Ph.D. or Master's fellowships are available for suitable applicants who are
enthusiastic about research on Very Large Scale Integration (VLSI) systems
) e8 p7 U7 |' Y2 Qand circuits at Memorial University of Newfoundland, NL, Canada.
8 c  D6 L. p2 M. U3 d8 oPotential projects are in areas of VLSI computer-aided design and analog/digital
8 b3 L% ]3 P& }4 c4 K- }3 |integrated system/circuit design.

The qualified applicants will meet the following conditions:
( q- _* o7 B& `$ ]- P(a) Master’s or B.S. degree, background in microelectronics, computer engineering, electronics, electrical engineering, computer science, or related areas.
(b) GPA 3.2/4.0 (80% if percentage grades used) or better.
(c) TOEFL: paper-based score of 550 (or higher)/computer-based score of 213 (or higher).
