a) 须获得微电子技术、计算机工程、电子电气工程、计算机科学或相关领域的学士学位或硕士学位。
b) 平均成绩80分以上（百分制）
c) 托福成绩：笔试550分或以上，机试213分或以上

Graduate Fellowships

Ph.D. or Master's fellowships are available for suitable applicants who are
enthusiastic about research on Very Large Scale Integration (VLSI) systems
! a+ C  c. G& X: P4 Hand circuits at Memorial University of Newfoundland, NL, Canada.
Potential projects are in areas of VLSI computer-aided design and analog/digital
integrated system/circuit design.

7 K' j. o0 T3 I+ t" `2 P/ Q0 B6 iThe qualified applicants will meet the following conditions:
' z& ~1 ?' y/ G, s! v  o3 [(a) Master’s or B.S. degree, background in microelectronics, computer engineering, electronics, electrical engineering, computer science, or related areas.
8 Z1 Y0 K5 X! p; ^+ `, p(b) GPA 3.2/4.0 (80% if percentage grades used) or better.
# @4 w0 d- k$ P$ Y+ A/ {(c) TOEFL: paper-based score of 550 (or higher)/computer-based score of 213 (or higher).
% w, `: ]0 K. ^0 q1 _# b(d) A keen interest in algorithm design or circuit/system design.
