  W; C: @9 {$ Centhusiastic about research on Very Large Scale Integration (VLSI) systems
and circuits at Memorial University of Newfoundland, NL, Canada.
2 G4 |/ C9 K# I. K- I: u% aPotential projects are in areas of VLSI computer-aided design and analog/digital
, t5 g/ l5 ^2 gintegrated system/circuit design.

" f* Z8 _( G) WThe qualified applicants will meet the following conditions:
/ P: a6 W  t1 T9 }* l" j7 I5 V+ V0 M(a) Master’s or B.S. degree, background in microelectronics, computer engineering, electronics, electrical engineering, computer science, or related areas.
(b) GPA 3.2/4.0 (80% if percentage grades used) or better.
9 I6 Y' [. s- v9 S# G3 N(c) TOEFL: paper-based score of 550 (or higher)/computer-based score of 213 (or higher).
(d) A keen interest in algorithm design or circuit/system design.
