a) 须获得微电子技术、计算机工程、电子电气工程、计算机科学或相关领域的学士学位或硕士学位。

- O/ w! {! U1 I8 X- ?  N5 l8 qc) 托福成绩：笔试550分或以上，机试213分或以上
" n! P. d2 t  R, d# _( u$ gd) 对电路/系统设计或计算机程序设计有浓厚兴趣
e) 有良好团队精神

Ph.D. or Master's fellowships are available for suitable applicants who are
5 f( |) q+ g+ N: }+ fenthusiastic about research on Very Large Scale Integration (VLSI) systems
and circuits at Memorial University of Newfoundland, NL, Canada.
2 g/ i5 y9 W: A* j+ fPotential projects are in areas of VLSI computer-aided design and analog/digital
integrated system/circuit design.

+ y0 ^% [( b5 p9 bThe qualified applicants will meet the following conditions:
# K. r- s. X! y# m(a) Master’s or B.S. degree, background in microelectronics, computer engineering, electronics, electrical engineering, computer science, or related areas.
(b) GPA 3.2/4.0 (80% if percentage grades used) or better.
7 t  w+ K7 \- g( @, Z+ j! e5 g; U(c) TOEFL: paper-based score of 550 (or higher)/computer-based score of 213 (or higher).
(d) A keen interest in algorithm design or circuit/system design.
(e) A good team work player.
