 Tip #1:  Buy some Nizoral shampoo.  I said it on my site and I will6 v! m, X3 E% Z$ ~, r: V+ S8 b3 ]- r
 say it again... this stuff works for stopping h.air loss.  It won't, R! O% t3 t8 D/ S* j
 regrow your h.air, but it will help with your shedding.+ `7 w) e4 L  X: \+ p, `$ k

 The Nizoral is absorbed through your scalp and blocks the DHT from
 , c8 W. l  d' F: g1 Z; ^attacking your h.air follicle.  Once I started using this, I noticed

 where grease or other material is actually getting into your h.air,

 or medium, and never pull on your h.air when drying it.  While the# q( Y/ Z% R. h# F$ D# j
 h.air might not fall out then, it could fall out days later from the( S0 y& C9 P' I; t# R1 k
 trauma you caused it.( \' D0 G. q9 z: z$ j

 Tip #6: You've already read my story on Provillus, so I won't go0 O9 \& D* l3 P3 X5 ?* F
 into it too much here.  But Tips 1 through 5 are about keeping your2 B- h/ t+ h7 v
 h.air from falling out.  Taking Provillus will help regrow h.air.
