Tip #1: Buy some Nizoral shampoo. I said it on my site and I will

The Nizoral is absorbed through your scalp and blocks the DHT from
7 Z- q; S9 E* T" }$ B3 h7 uattacking your h.air follicle. Once I started using this, I noticed4 z, q% F' R9 G( _
a big reduction in h.air loss.

aggravates the h.air follicles and you might lose dozens of h.airs

or medium, and never pull on your h.air when drying it. While the
