Some suggestions I got online when I googled NIOXIN. I wish it will be helpful. I'll try them.

Tip #1: Buy some Nizoral shampoo. I said it on my site and I will1 B U* F( e% a/ ^( G( b% D
say it again... this stuff works for stopping h.air loss. It won't
+ i. D5 X7 ]- ~$ p1 f, ~% Yregrow your h.air, but it will help with your shedding.! g' b. a9 U5 N

The Nizoral is absorbed through your scalp and blocks the DHT from9 F* ~) U* |( b- @) k2 ]
attacking your h.air follicle. Once I started using this, I noticed
& E7 g$ j0 A: ]0 r7 r8 Qa big reduction in h.air loss.2 n. }3 b$ k3 O' c% Q
1 T; E3 k5 F7 z. f. ]# e# tIt's a cheap solution and you can find it just about anywhere.. _& f" i+ T3 x) R* S3 C2 Z

it helps you stop losing more h.air. I alternate between this

Tip #3: Don't wash your h.air every day. Unless you've got a job5 e. P( q( o4 P8 o
where grease or other material is actually getting into your h.air,7 { V& Q7 S4 e, W/ A. q
there's really no reason to wash your h.air daily. Doing so) S- n: g0 y6 V% W/ [5 K6 p3 I5 j c
aggravates the h.air follicles and you might lose dozens of h.airs. J3 r- I7 }: D6 y3 `/ a) `' D
with one h.air washing.

Tip #4: When you're done showering, don't vigorously dry your h.air

dry it the same way.

I used to spike up my h.air and used plenty of blow drying and h.air

If you absolutely must dry your h.air, set the temperature to cold3 c- {* O5 Y: }1 q* ]2 o
or medium, and never pull on your h.air when drying it. While the
