Key Responsibilities:¨
Develop and implement retention strategies for existing membership base

$ y* Q1 ]/ v4 j9 ^- m3 P9 @% fAssist in the recruitment and development of new members

+ |' J1 \* [( v* r/ d' c8 H9 GCommunicate facility information to both internal and external members; respond to feedback

0 q* K* P% x" H, s% G0 x1 p* e! K" XEstablishment and maintenance of group memberships

Provide leadership and support to Member Services staff

Role model customer service excellence at all times

9 a/ y/ M5 Z0 c/ OMarketing/Sales experience or interest

4 m7 I; r# t. [- A7 V. DStrong communication, writing and time management skills

Proficiency with Microsoft Office and CLASS

# K+ _6 R# P' @' v/ A- h4 T8 tSkilled with diverse clientele & a fast-paced work environment
