According to the RCMP, the 26-year-old woman from Strathmore, Alta., faces 12 charges including fraud, theft and false pretences.8 Q5 i t: A/ o* t4 s6 m- K

The RCMP began investigating following a complaint that money was missing from the town of Kyle.3 B3 w# i% u8 @) E6 ?( J
