JOB SUMMARY: Under the supervision of the Senior Operations Manager-
9 v. A6 E) z- oSU Print Centre and Operations Manager-Production & Technical 5 F* F T: d9 B, q# U$ V
Support, these positions are responsible for assisting in all aspects . x1 j% u: O Y. T- V
of Course Pack production.! c% Q: k4 d# b: T5 i5 i2 q4 l
& f5 Z: E ` h) V, x) w1 b; `DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:- Q' o/ N; G4 |0 q5 k
1) To assist in the creation of course packs, including the scanning 5 F8 e \. s$ w6 n. ^
of paper files, editing of digital files, proofing and printing.

2) To develop a good working knowledge of print equipment, including 0 S3 [" ^1 E& L) d
print queue, paper loading, toner and technical troubleshooting.

! a" M( A8 l2 ?2 f( v W7 s3) To assist with all aspects of bindery, packing and shipping of 3 j h2 X+ Y; d) p c
course packs. This includes following operational procedures and . ?. j. Y3 N% A8 B; \8 L

4) To communicate stock needs and printing and bindery equipment

5) To develop a working knowledge of Access Copyright requirements, ) H- U4 E+ }" u- W# @2 u1 t

QUALIFICATIONS:
0 j) C# ?, N( o/ c) x) a1) Minimum Alberta Grade XII or equivalent.0 i h+ M7 A, B! }% [+ I
2) Attention to details. Excellent organizational and communication 7 M: N& M4 s1 A* u$ Q& i/ [
skills.

. w5 A- T0 c( X+ O0 K3 I3) A good working knowledge of Windows would be helpful.* N1 \( ]: \1 Z% {( \ d

4) An aptitude for technical problem determination and resolution.
