r/ h# B6 X, }2 n& zof Course Pack production.- C" w N" v2 `, K8 B" U- a/ {
8 s8 R" {9 ?4 `% ^DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:& B; j- v/ g. e* F F
1) To assist in the creation of course packs, including the scanning
: _: I/ t9 b. J$ v/ kof paper files, editing of digital files, proofing and printing.! t9 ]. u- F$ }6 ]% V
" u, M0 a! A. D! M; Z9 O1 T5 G
2) To develop a good working knowledge of print equipment, including
+ x) P8 l" f3 H5 ^, X1 y3 D8 lprint queue, paper loading, toner and technical troubleshooting.8 _# t; e* G6 S# }& v) t( M
2 g; v+ }& [) ^
3) To assist with all aspects of bindery, packing and shipping of & q7 I& M$ c6 n( d) {9 F
course packs. This includes following operational procedures and
, R" g1 E$ A: R1 k" Lkeeping appropriate and accurate records.; S; x& j8 h4 V2 t' V4 [4 b
+ l! x5 ^# s) q* n: q4) To communicate stock needs and printing and bindery equipment ! n+ i: Y7 Q8 ^# Z; ^! b* G9 _
failures to the Operations Manager.

5) To develop a working knowledge of Access Copyright requirements,

QUALIFICATIONS:
( ]( ~& \$ c/ D6 z0 o$ C1) Minimum Alberta Grade XII or equivalent./ X1 `' m9 u O
2) Attention to details. Excellent organizational and communication ( ^, y* r3 w1 P0 t2 A" [' L
skills.

5 {' K" i6 V8 `) }4 h/ k6 |- [3) A good working knowledge of Windows would be helpful.
