JOB SUMMARY: Under the supervision of the Senior Operations Manager- ( D! x4 o- }( u* w; K4 k3 E# L7 H
SU Print Centre and Operations Manager-Production & Technical - Q- @; j% L+ `
Support, these positions are responsible for assisting in all aspects
; H% d2 i! T$ H, r: P3 B7 cof Course Pack production.

DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:
4 b6 @' Y; n$ c+ k3 K1) To assist in the creation of course packs, including the scanning
% { @0 V4 v7 S/ g5 Sof paper files, editing of digital files, proofing and printing.- L6 m! @5 T7 g$ c% q6 V
- u% D( p; G! H: o
2) To develop a good working knowledge of print equipment, including
$ Z; ], r! {- A+ ]4 |print queue, paper loading, toner and technical troubleshooting.. S) r1 m) H7 {8 o% @
, |" o& ]# w) \+ ^2 e
3) To assist with all aspects of bindery, packing and shipping of ; U9 o' H) n& k! h A; N7 Y* Z; }
course packs. This includes following operational procedures and . o1 B8 Y l3 @/ x( x( N- d, [( G
keeping appropriate and accurate records.

( P2 L6 {/ ~6 `4) To communicate stock needs and printing and bindery equipment
4 f" g ]& y8 x& ^0 I3 tfailures to the Operations Manager.

1) Minimum Alberta Grade XII or equivalent.

skills.

[( n# r; m) d L3) A good working knowledge of Windows would be helpful.
