# P6 r X) A, h& k1 x7 YSU Print Centre and Operations Manager-Production & Technical 3 F; _2 m* g' l
Support, these positions are responsible for assisting in all aspects 2 H! o$ c0 y, c8 D% P
of Course Pack production.

! {- H% v; J+ O" O- N& ?' t; K* ADUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:5 W, @- u) Y, A& r: O1 m8 ]4 ?5 o
1) To assist in the creation of course packs, including the scanning
1 [* O* |8 r3 Hof paper files, editing of digital files, proofing and printing.
4 p u5 o, x. h& E, h g4 y. V: \8 y1 s$ @
2) To develop a good working knowledge of print equipment, including
1 P' j- e+ M2 uprint queue, paper loading, toner and technical troubleshooting.
4 |* v( R- l! b% a g2 j$ q( v: ?0 M' F4 s, l' a/ H/ j4 T3 C
3) To assist with all aspects of bindery, packing and shipping of - B8 \" O v( i* O* D. X- S" ~
course packs. This includes following operational procedures and
- ]$ B( R8 G& S' k' l* `. jkeeping appropriate and accurate records.

4) To communicate stock needs and printing and bindery equipment 2 I R# h( U0 n; l" M! o
failures to the Operations Manager.8 e' C. n! |( K2 s; z G
0 k4 q/ C" e/ H% i/ N5) To develop a working knowledge of Access Copyright requirements, 7 ?( U2 k5 O2 C6 ?1 Q
and adhere to regulations as appropriate.! X- `! w9 q& f) e( P6 F+ f

6) To contribute positively to a cooperative working environment.' r# s$ M+ r! {" A/ ~

QUALIFICATIONS:
$ f/ W* U; s; N. G' f5 d1) Minimum Alberta Grade XII or equivalent.
9 U( U0 s; B, Z, w2) Attention to details. Excellent organizational and communication
! p7 q9 o. p4 ?skills.. ~, _+ g1 ]. x6 ]* E
# q2 v. {2 z, L- E- N6 i, v S1 C
3) A good working knowledge of Windows would be helpful.

4) An aptitude for technical problem determination and resolution., ]% k3 r b: M0 E' w
$ b2 L; M& h" e' `2 i- S9 c5) Ability to work in high stress environment.
