Support, these positions are responsible for assisting in all aspects - @+ @' D+ O7 j2 |# F
of Course Pack production.9 {. q4 T+ N. |2 R* I7 ^, h9 Z

DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:" i- F$ N3 h- B0 R* Y
1) To assist in the creation of course packs, including the scanning
: Q& Z. W) x. J, _3 J; T7 S7 q; G* K; |of paper files, editing of digital files, proofing and printing.

" h8 N' m1 J9 w& J( |$ ]% h2) To develop a good working knowledge of print equipment, including
3 P- W3 x! T% C, a% i$ v% ^! Q# Iprint queue, paper loading, toner and technical troubleshooting.+ a9 ~& U. J( C) s3 ~' s$ h
7 l+ Y4 ]3 Y' _% s4 w4 ^4 ^) \
3) To assist with all aspects of bindery, packing and shipping of 2 B# F6 f- R1 B: s
course packs. This includes following operational procedures and
# O, F) |; F* ~6 Hkeeping appropriate and accurate records.+ e$ V2 { s$ `, ]

4) To communicate stock needs and printing and bindery equipment 1 e0 ^+ C+ ]6 i! j# _
failures to the Operations Manager.

5) To develop a working knowledge of Access Copyright requirements,
0 H% e/ f/ t) ?- ?# E' zand adhere to regulations as appropriate.' w/ M, W1 I; I- t1 A7 Z. U

2) Attention to details. Excellent organizational and communication . A z- X) f# g6 U7 k) h

3) A good working knowledge of Windows would be helpful.

7 ~8 V" l. p& t4) An aptitude for technical problem determination and resolution.
